Comprising of 4 brms (see description below), lge open plan kitchen/lounge area, 2 bathrooms, reading room and laundry w/ washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with stove top/oven, large fridge, accessories i.e. kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots and pans. Reverse-cycle split system a/c in lounge area with 42 inch TV

⚓️The Ship Inn ⚓️
This cottage is over 100 years old and has been brought back to life. This charming little home has been saved from ruin and renovated. It may look small from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised how spacious it is on the inside. It also has a very large backyard with small grassed area and large peppercorn tree.It is well situated in lovely Wallaroo and with in walking distance to the beach, main street, Hospital, pubs, Coopers alehouse, service station, pizza place and lots more.

A quaint and crooked Cornish cottage
This is a cottage we bought in October 2020. We had many holidays cancelled through COVID and decided instead to explore our own backyard. We arrived in Moonta, fell instantly in love with its history and beautiful beaches and on spec bought this little cottage with our hearts instead of our heads! We loved that it was situated within an old cornish mining village and that the beach was just 5 minutes drive away. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES, TOWELS AND BATH MATS, THANK YOU.

Moonta Bay Self Contained Unit
Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

Continental breakfast on request. Uninterrupted sea views from kitchen, dining and lounge area. Accomodation consists of lounge, dining/family area plus kitchen. Master bedroom, one queen bed, shower, separate toilet and powder room. Happy to have a discussion with regard to bringing your pet. Three minute walk to south beach, jetty, local store and Tavern. Room for boat outside. 9 hole Greg Norman designed Golf Course close by. Owners live upstairs. Shared laundry. Dog on site.

No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

Classic on Clayton I WiFi I Family & Dog Friendly

This is a relaxed family beach house, suitable for all generations to holiday together. Located a short stroll to the beach or drive around the corner to be able to drive straight onto the beach so you can setup for the day.

Holiday on Herbert is located in Moonta Bay on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and plenty of space to enjoy indoors or out. At the end of the street you'll find Rossiters Point, with beach access and views of Moonta Bay and Port Hughes. Moonta Bay is a popular coastal town in South Australia. A two-hour drive north-west of the capital Adelaide and located on the shores of Spencer Gulf on the Yorke Peninsula, the town boasts sandy beaches and coves, clear blue waters, and the town’s distinctive L-shaped jetty with an attached swimming enclosure, which is suitable for swimmers of all ages.
Moonta has a rich mining history, and it has earned the town national heritage status. You can uncover its famous mining past on one of the Moonta Mines Walking Trails or inside the Moonta Mines Museum. The town is also well known for its famous Cornish pasties — a remnant of the town’s mining past. You will be able to sample the local delight in any one of the town's bakeries. Explore Old Mine Shafts on a Moonta Mines Heritage Walk
Take a tour of the Moonta Mines on one of three heritage walks and get an appreciation of the conditions that early copper miners were faced with. The historic Miners Cottage walk takes you past old mine shafts and several remnants of last century's copper industry. You will also pass the tourist train, tourist village, local museum, and the old sweet shop.
