The concrete floors downstairs are suited to our beach & outdoor lifestyle with timber floors throughout upstairs. An outdoor shower out the front helps to rinse off after a day at the beach! Beautiful sea breezes, ceiling fans in bedrooms and aircon unit upstairs, help balmy Summer nights. The pool during Summer is splendid! A holiday waiting to happen!
