A beautiful compact guest house, located in a quiet location and yet close to a recreational lake, the Mookerheide, the embankment and forest. Our guest house is a self-contained space, with its own front and back door, a living room with a kitchenette, king size bed (180 x 220 cm) and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also a seating area at the back of the property. In the summer months, you have access to our outdoor swimming pool. Pets are not welcome & no smoking

A heat pump boiler provides hot water, enough to be able to shower warm for more than 10 minutes. The rooms can be heated by electric heating. Solar panels on the roof provide the Fruitloods with electricity. The accommodation is located on the first floor. In the hall on the ground floor, you can store your own bicycles.

The house had a large livingroom, a bedroom and bathroom and a communal gym that you can use every day. The prive includes internet, electricity and gas.
