"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

In the Indre valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet by the river, small cottage for 2 people with independent entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live above), with terrace and garden + heated pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner with time slots) + TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access included. Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace without overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
