On the 1st floor the bedroom with views of the Cher, bathroom and toilet. Everything completely renovated. Outside there is a garden, a terrace with garden furniture. Ability to add an apartment next door for 4 people at extra cost.

It is located in the village of Pontlevoy with bakery open from 6:30 am except Wednesdays and a Carrefour Contact ( 8am/8pm except Sunday 9am/1pm) nearby. It is a well-equipped cottage on the guest plot with a small private garden.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
