The first floor also houses a second bedroom, (Bed 160 x 200) with bathroom consisting of a shower and toilet. a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The pretty fully fenced garden completes the package. Lake and bike trails are very close by. A free shuttle to Crest-Voland Cohenoz ski resort is 5 minutes away. The house produces its electricity from solar panels and is heated with locally produced wood pellets.
