This is your charming getaway in the heart of old Montbard: an ecosystem designed for your relaxation, tastefully combining the character of the old with the comfort of a contemporary renovation (excellent insulation, high-performance individual heating).

There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Enjoy my elegant and spacious non-smoking accommodation in the city center, a stone's throw from the train station and shops. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children maximum The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an Italian shower. This accommodation is my place of residence when you are not staying there, you will be assured of always having it clean and comfortable

In the accommodation, you will have three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom has just been redone. In the heart of the house, a large bright living room with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. The kitchen is equipped and opens directly onto the natural stone terrace.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
