It was a great getaway for my wife’s birthday!! Nice size kitchen and restroom. Hot tub topped it off! we will for sure be booking again.

10 out of 10!!!! Where to start? The living/kitchen area is much larger than the picture depicts. I was worried it was small, but it wasn't, at all! The house is pristinely clean, rooms large, there's a living area upstairs with the other two bedrooms and everything you could possibly need in the house; tape, scissors (I needed those), towels for the hot tub, huge bathroom towels, etc., and comfortable, inviting patios on either side of the house. A storm was rolling in the first night, but Tessa and her husband provided provisions (that thankfully weren't needed). They also provided Yeti chests with ice for our son's 25th birthday gathering. BTW, our birthday guests were quite impressed! If you're looking for a quiet, clean, country landscape, with accommodating hosts, this is the place!

We loved our stay at the Summer Tree Cabin! It’s a very private location that will refresh your soul. It’s located away from the business, you are in the woods! The little pond is fabulous. Pool is right by owners home, but they let you have the place to yourself! They have a wonderful little fitness center with a great massage chair. The property is gorgeous and the ducks are adorable. The cabin is clean, great upstairs for kids! Please note the loft has a ladder, but it feels safe and unique. Host leaves you fresh eggs and homemade sausage, such a treat! Kitchen is fully stocked with all you might need! Be mindful that your gps directions might take you on some various directions to get to the house, but it’s worth the extra turns. Would definitely stay again!!

I came here for my bachelor party with a bunch of my friends. We were there for three days and had something new to do every single day. The host were very friendly, and we’re very responsive to the many questions that we had I would recommend this place to everyone, and we will be back for sure !

We had an amazing time at Water's Edge! The cabin is beautiful, unique, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is incredibly peaceful and serene, with a lovely pond that adds to the charm. The kids couldn't get enough of the playground! Plus, it's conveniently located close to shopping and dining options in Tomball. We highly recommend Water's Edge to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable vacation.

We had a great time here for our quick 1 night getaway. It was very clean, cozy, and there was a lot to do in the area including trails, the lake, and more. Juan was very sweet and responsive to our questions.

We have friends in the neighborhood that we try to visit pretty regularly and this spot is perfect. Lots of outdoor activities in and around the property. Also they had a golf cart that made it really nice to go back and forth to our friend's place nearby. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Really nice place, loved having the weekend to relax in a cozy home away from home! Really well maintained and not too far away from where we were heading. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay and it is a nice place if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle of life.. very serene

The cabin was a really great place to stay. It was a 20 min drive to the Renaissance Festival. For 14 people, there was plenty of room in all spaces of the house. The pool table was a great addition. We didn't get to use the fire pit but if we stay again we would love to. The lights on the area and the outdoors was beautiful. The hosts stay on property and are very responsive and helpful. We asked if they had an air mattress and it was brought over in only a few minutes. They have cute farm animals. They left us a welcome gift of farm fresh eggs and honey from their bees. We also got to purchase some honey as well! It was a wonderful trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Jesse’s small cabin over Thanksgiving weekend! The cabin was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. One of the highlights was that it was dog-friendly—our pups loved exploring. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing retreat, yet close enough to Faire to make it easy to get back and forth. Jesse was a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions and clearly thoughtful about making guests feel at home. We really loved the community fire pit! If you're looking for a charming, pet-friendly escape, we highly recommend Jesse’s cabin! We’ll definitely be back.

We brought our boat. Was able to launch at Lochness and parked the boat in the water right in front of the cabin. It was so great!! Will definitely be back soon!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place so much we will definitely be booking again VERY soon! The amount of space was more than needed for our family of 4 plus our dog! The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids including the second bathroom in the upstairs loft area. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and the direct water access was absolutely perfect the patio was perfect for relaxing and fishing and sunset dinners or morning coffee! The shower was HOT and the air conditioner was COLD! We have absolutely no complaints this will be our new weekend getaway spot!

The accommodation was amazing, the cabins are super beautiful and clean, the location is unbeatable—a very family-friendly environment surrounded by nature. Arturo helped us with everything, and we are sure we will return many more times and bring more friends. We loved the finishes of the place, and it is very beautiful.We met very friendly people and felt in a very family-oriented environment. It’s the perfect fusion between two worlds: the serenity of being surrounded by nature and the comfort of having everything you need right at your fingertips. Nestled deep in the forest, this peaceful retreat helped us reconnect with the calm we so often lose in the hustle of city life. At the same time, the cabin offered every modern convenience—from air conditioning to grilling tools—along with beautiful decorative touches that constantly reminded us of the natural setting we were in. We spent two incredibly relaxing days by the lake, swinging in hammocks, and even enjoyed a morning of outdoor yoga that felt both grounding and revitalizing. Already counting the days until our next visit! Arturo was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always available. He answered all of our questions and even gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the nearby towns.

I was blown away by the modern style, cleanliness, and the attention to detail and consideration with the amenities. I feel the hosts went Above & Beyond!! My husband and I enjoyed the most relaxing weekend fishing in our own front yard! I was missing a hot tub prior to arrival, but didn’t think twice about after checking in! I give this listing a 10/10.

The cabin was beautiful!! Very specious, clean, well furnished, and with a full kitchen. The view of Sam Houston National forest from the huge deck worth the sunrise and sunset. To be on a winery is an added bonus for wine lovers. They always have great music entertainment which makes it for a relaxing getaway.

I absolutely loved it! The view is beautiful. It's quiet and relaxing. It's a perfect getaway for yourself or for a couple's getaway. I would book this location again without hesitation.

The place was everything I could ask for. The home was super cozy and clean. Mr Walter was easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my time away from reality for the weekend!

La experiencia fue extremadamente hermosa!!! Fuimos en familia, con hijas adolescentes y ellas mismas pidieron volver pronto!!! Las actividades en la naturaleza fueron divertidas y atractivas para todos!!! Ellas disfrutaron de hacer Kayak y Paddle Board, nosotros de caminatas tranquilas, cafecito en la naturaleza, prácticas de yoga en un deck hermoso, encender el fueguito para comer afuera cuando cayó el sol, es decir, todo todo todo fue mágico!!! Definitivamente ya tenemos apuntadas nuevas fechas para volver! Fueron unos días de vacaciones y desconexión, a tan solo 1 hora de viaje de nuestra casa!!! Gracias Arturo y todo el staff por la amabilidad, la asistencia, las recomendaciones y por recibirnos tan amorosamente!!!
