Holiday rentals with a pool in Montgomery County

Rachel is a terrific host. Way more than polite -- genuinely friendly and warm. Rachel's house is beautiful. It's well structured for a family gathering, which is what we had. The setting is also lovely. We were celebrating a special moment; it was fabulous to have a special place to do so.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Chelsea’s place. The location was super convenient to downtown. We really appreciated how kid - friendly the home was. Our kids loved having toys available, but the highlight for them was the fully stocked art room! Another highlight was the pool. Perfect for cooling off on those hot Nashville days.

Chris was a fantastic host. They was nothing he left uncovered. This was for my best friends 50th. He said it was the best birthday he ever had. It was nice that all 11 guys could just hang out in the beautiful comfort of the home. There was nothing it lacked. The weather sucked but we can’t blame Chris! lol!! All in all def worth the value over an overpriced hotel. 11 seals of approval from this group. Thanks again Chris!

After Xmas get together with extended family. I think 7 bedrooms total, every room but 2 had king size beds. So spacious and just fun in its decor. The dining table sat 6 but has expanders to easily fit 10. Greg made sure we had enough chairs, plates and utensils to accommodate all of us. Even provided 4 tv trays for additional eating space. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood; extremely charming so we were able to take walks and enjoy the outdoor scenery as well. Too cold to enjoy the pool it looks like it would be fun in warmer weather. Greg was very responsive; offered a great selection of restaurants to try and places to see.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! I will always check to see if Isaac’s place is available first when traveling to Nashville from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home!

This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!

Bekah’s place was super easy to find. The surrounding area was neat being right along the river and having the balcony to enjoy it. There was some construction near by, but was not an issue at all. Bekah’s place was perfect for what we came for. The walk to downtown was super easy and it wasn’t too crowded. It was a 20 minute walk. I could see how someone might be a little uncomfortable at night, if alone, but the two of us didn’t feel threatened and it was quite peaceful. It was overall a great location and nice place to stay. We would love to stay at Bekah’s place for our next visit to Nashville!

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place, clean and tidy, not too far from downtown Nashville. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, tea, coffee etc provided. Value for money.

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location to the stadium & entertainment district . We would definitely stay here again .
