Emily was a fantastic host. She was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions on everything from check in to check out. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a several day stay. The 2 interactions I had with the neighbors they were friendly and courteous. Will definitely book with Emily again if back in the Dayton area!

Cozy home that smelled absolutely amazing! Better than a hotel accommodation by far and cheaper! Only thing I had an issue with was the WiFi signal, if you’re working from home and need upload speed it wasn’t the greatest! Even with that issue I’d still highly recommend!

This accommodation is managed by CrewHousing. I have nothing but praise for them, they are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is in perfect order for the customer. The accommodation was beautiful and fully equipped. Everything in the ad was true!

This place was very nice after a long day ride. The beds are comfy and had nice nights sleep. Tristin was very nice and helped me with little questions I had plus figuring the reservations! The place was awesome and suited our needs. It was very clean and neat. We felt at home and relaxed. Amazing that the house was built before 1900. The queen bed was extremely comfortable. Love the individual heating in each room. They worked great. The host were very responsive and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would definitely book the space again. The only thing that had stuck out was that there were a few pieces of trash in the garbage can from the previous rental, but nothing major and I loved the space.

Great place, its a studio in an apartment building. There was plenty of street parking right in front of the building. The apartment is clean and well furnished. I felt safe to walk my dog around the neighborhood. There isn't a washer and dyer access but there were local laundry mats near by. I don't have any complaints, it was a nice place and I would recommend.

We stayed here for one night while in town for a kids dance competition, and it was perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the convention center and nestled on a beautiful historic street lined with charming old homes. The space itself was clean, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Shelly’s place was perfect for our in and out trip to Dayton. Location is super close to downtown City . 15-20 min drive to our locations for soccer tournaments we came in town for . Great find .

Susan is so amazing!!! Absolutely went above and beyond for us, when we needed to move urgently due to another airbnb covered in mold. She was so caring, let us check in early in the day due to the situation, and our stay at her place was fantastic!!! Very clean, very comfortable, nice neighborhood. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. We would absolutely book her place again if we are back in the area.

Everything was perfect. A quiet, comfortable place to rest our heads after a full day. Christopher made us feel very welcome and made it easy.

The place is great for the money, the two beds and two full baths upstairs are nice and the downstairs has enough space to hang out. Parking lot is a little tight but nice to have your own space.

Osama was a fantastic host, very flexible and very prompt and clear with communication. The townhouse itself was spotless and spacious with great amenities, including a kitchen that had absolutely everything anyone would need to do real cooking. It was clear Osama had put thought into what travelers might need.

Samantha was amazing during my short stay of my travel assignment. She was so easy to talk to and replied within minutes of any questions I had. I wish I had her as an Airbnb host everywhere I go. The place I stayed was safe, clean, easy to access and so comfortable. Could not recommend this place or her as a host more!!!

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive to my messages on Airbnb. She was always available and checked on our stay! I would suggest maybe putting apt numbers on the doors. The place was very clean. She even had extra tissue and paper towels. She also had amenities like soap, shampoo, etc. it was very nice !!!!!! I would use her again….

This is definitely an older building/unit, but still met my needs well. Joani was a very kind and responsive host and I enjoyed my stay at her apartment!

Joani's place has everything you would need for a short or long-term stay and has homey touches as well. She is kind and very easy to communicate with. I needed an extended stay while rotating at Dayton Children's (10-15 min drive) and as someone not familiar with the area, I appreciated how her Airbnb is close by to downtown, highways, local parks, Kroger, etc. The WiFi is very reliable if you have to interview or work from home too.

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. Joani was very helpful and always on top of communication about everything. Check in and out was easy, and low stress. I recommend 100%!
