The Penthouse suite is located on the second level of an individual building that features breathtaking panoramic ocean and sunset views. The studio has a queen size bed, AC, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Smart TV, 100MB Internet and a balcony with sliding glass doors to let in the fresh sea breeze and watch the amazing sunsets and ocean view! A stairway leads from the apartment down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. The apartments includes: *Daily cleaning *Concierge service *Security guard at night *Parking area is shared and subject to availability IMPORTANT: This unit is located up a very steep hill, to which we owe the amazing views. Parking area is available for guests right next to the building, but it's narrow and ONLY suitable for a very small car, a quad (ATV) or Buggy. Guests with bigger vehicles would have to park down the road

Mariposa is a beautiful cottage with a garden and dinning table right on the ocean view . It is made with antic windows, doors and wood, what gives it his warm an authentic touch. No tree had to be cut to make it! Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.
