Prestigious Apartment in City Center Villa

Feel cares slip away in the leafy courtyard, complete with antique stone benches and fountain. The family have lived in this retro chic oasis since 1927, and some of the elegant furnishings, portraits, and other artworks go back further still. Please make sure to read the house rules. For longer stays, it's possible to request additional services: Linen for €20 Cleaning for €35 Use of the washing machine €10 We are on a very prestigious house near the center Rome (Trastevere) and within walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. The holiday home, on the second floor of the villa, it's equipped with two large, bright bedrooms, a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and a large full bathroom. From the kitchen you reach the terrace where you can enjoy meals and relaxing moments after your walks through the winding streets of Rome. The house has all the comforts of home including internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TVs in every room, bathroom and bedroom linens and towels, heating, a full kitchen and a hairdryer. The view from every window and from the terrace faces gardens and the rooftops of villas. Everything is immersed in peace and quiet in a retro-chic ambience. Our family have lived in this home since 1927 and today we dedicate a part of it as a holiday home away from home for guests wanting to both visit the Eternal City and at the same time emerge themselves in the life of one of its most central and exclusive neighborhoods. Stroll only a few steps to discover a farmers' market, supermarket, restaurants, pizzarias, pastry shops, and many types of stores and boutiques. The quaint poplar- and palm-lined streets also feature in the films of Nanni Moretti and Ferzan Ozpetek. The apartment is located in the Monteverde Vecchio neighborhood and is very near and extremely well connected to the city’s historic center. Trastevere is accessible by a very brief downhill walk, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona are reachable in 15/20 minutes with the number 8 tram, the Coliseum in 25 minutes with the 75 bus, the Vatican in a few minutes with the metro train. The tram, bus and train stops are all a few minute walk from our home. At the check in you must to pay the Tourist tax requested: €3,50 per night per person. The apartment is equipped with: 2 flat screen TV, speed wireless access, heating/air conditioning gas stove, refrigerator, hair dryer, towels and bed linens,guide books for Rome and Italy. Cleaning during your stay is available for an additional 35 euros per day (**if you are staying more than a week, cleaning is required once per week, to change bedding, etc.) Linens change during your stay: €10 per person Check-in after 8 p.m.: €20 NO Check-in after 10 p.m.
