The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!

We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. Alessandra immediately turned out to be an attentive and responsive host: communication with her was always quick, clear and effective. Thanks to the specific directions you provided, we reached the house without any problem. The space perfectly reflects the photos and expectations: tidy, clean, and welcoming interiors. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the exterior, with an amazing view of the fishing hills and the sea. The garden is well-kept and well-equipped, with a pool, barbecue and even a wood-fired oven, ideal to fully enjoy your stay. The availability and kindness of hosts are an added value that makes this place even more special. An experience we highly recommend!

Annalisa was a super kind, punctual and helpful host. The apartment is immersed in the countryside in a quiet corner a few minutes from the sea and being equipped with a fenced garden we found it really comfortable for a stay with our 4-legged friend. Great stay thanks to a very friendly, attentive and responsive host. Everything was as advertised and more. Super well equipped, you only need your suitcases, the rest is already there, even the necessities for the beach and the rest that we would not have thought of. We feel very good in the apartment, really nothing to complain about, we will come back with pleasure.

I stayed in Tiziana's apartment for more than a month. The apartment is in a very quiet building and an assigned parking space is provided. The apartment has been delivered clean and I have never had a single problem throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated is the meticulous cleaning service of the apartment and changing towels and sheets provided by Tiziana once a week, all at no additional cost. It was almost like feeling at the hotel. Tiziana as a host was fantastic, always available to help you and intervene for any need. I needed an ironing board and she went to buy it new and took it to the apartment. It was one of the best stays ever made on Airbnb and I highly recommend this solution to anyone who has it for both short and long periods. Also, the location is great, close to all amenities, near the sea and just minutes from Pescara

We came back from Germany and stayed there for 5 days. The owner, Mr. Bruno, was very kind, very helpful and friendly. It immediately put us at ease. The house was impeccable, avant-garde, clean and with great amenities. The location is very convenient to the sea, the park road and the supermarkets. We will definitely book there if necessary. Highly recommended.
