Palazzetto Cavagrande is one of three independent accommodations within the lava stone structure recently renovated with taste and refinement. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, independent heating, a terrace with a view of Etna and a balcony with a sea view and is surrounded by a vast plot of 1.5 hectares. Palmento San Nicolò

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline

The apartment, equipped with all modern comforts, is located next to the majestic Basilicata Santa Caterina, between the sea and Etna in the typical agricultural village of Pedara, famous for its excellent production of grapes, must and chestnuts. It overlooks Etna on one side and the natural park of Monte Troina with its natural and wildlife riches on the other. Next to it, on the same floor, is another apartment with 3 beds.
