It is an excellent option to visit San Miguel, if you want to stay in the house you can rest and enjoy and if you want to go out it is very close to downtown.

Everything was perfect, from arrival to departure, the food is very tasty and with affordable prices, the staff very attentive, the bubble quite comfortable, the only thing was that we did not have hot water. If you want to go out and taste something at the tables, just take a lamp because after 7:30 it gets dark very quickly and there is only the light from the bubble. But everything is excellent.

I had a wonderful stay!!!! I have lived in Mexico for 20 years in Cozumel. Before I booked I asked very specific questions as I wanted complete privacy, spacious outdoor space. This Air B n B matched everything I was looking for. Walking to the central touristic main areas was 12 minutes. Living at sea level a little challenging the altitude of San Miguel De Allende, however the Uber service is exceptional! Something that is not available in my area of Mexico. What was super exceptional I had to change my entire trip to a new date for a major family medical emergency the day before I was to fly! Lynn was so understanding, worked with me non stop. I was able to rebook my dates. Very caring for the situation her and Brigham. Walk carefully. Brigham rightly advised that. Bring good walking shoes! This air B n B is exactly what I was looking for! Peace and quiet and privacy. A great alternative to hotel stays. Thank you so much to both of you! Will book it again in a heartbeat!

Excellent host, very comfortable house, excellent pool. Good to spend with family. Just a few details that can improve, it's generally worth it.

Comfortable. Peaceful. Birds sing during the day while crickets & cicadas sing at night. The air is cool, light and fresh. It is just a pleasant 20-minute drive to the historic downtown of San Miguel de Allende. Internet connectivity worked well here: both the in-house wifi and via our phone reception. Antonio - the caretaker - occasionally checked in on us to offer assistance with anything we might need. Eleonora provided useful recommendations for places to visit and to eat at; she stayed on top of everything to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. It has been a pleasure & privilege to be Eleonora's guests. You would, too. Just go ahead and book this place. You will thank us later. Cheers!

We stayed one week during rainy season so knew we wanted a place where we could comfortably relax during the day if needed. The house was perfect for that. The covered patio was perfect for coffee/meals - even in the rain. It is a bit removed from amenities, so you will need to plan your days accordingly. The neighborhood, however is pleasant and private. We arrived very late due to cancelled flights, but the SMA crew was responsive and accommodating. For an additional charge, they were able to provide some basic groceries for us - milk, bread, etc - which we knew we would need given our flight schedule. Brenda and her SMA crew were very responsive to questions about local services that were beyond the info provided for guests. We were not lacking for anything and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Balcones neighborhood.

Wow amazing stay .!!! Co-host was always asking us if we needed anything 24/7 and made us feel right at home From start to finish. Having a private parking inside the house Is definitely a plus because Parking is hard to find near that area since you are walking distance to the best places in the town. Jacuzzi on the 3rd flow is also definitely a plus. Will be back soon.

As a habitation for a lone traveler on a brief stay, the home was perfect. Very close to several restaurants. Near a beautiful park to walk in. Within walking distance of the Jardín Allende. The kitchen was simple but convenient. The bed was comfortable. The owner was friendly and promptly responsive. I hope to stay there again and bring my wife, who I think will love the place.
