House holiday rentals in Montebello Ionico

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno la scorsa settimana. La casa era incredibile e aveva una vista sull'Etna, Castelmora e sul mare. I padroni di casa ci hanno dato alcuni buoni suggerimenti su ristoranti e cose da fare. Ci tornerei sicuramente in questa casa se dovessi tornare.

Angela ist eine überaus engagierte Gastgeberin. Sie hat ein Dossier zusammengestellt wie die Gelben Seiten mit Tipps, war immer erreichbar, alles organisiert. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, man sollte schon ein Auto haben. Zu Fuß sind die Geschäfte zum Einkauf aber auch machbar. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht. Schöne Zimmer, Pool ist auch schön aber mir selbst beheizt zu kalt, ich bin da aber auch verfroren, meine Tochter hat das garnichts gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved spending a week here as a family with 2 kids. The pool was a highlight. Beautifully clean with the most amazing view and even a diving board. Mariagrazia recommended local restaurants, cafes and beaches. The local town, Gerace is very interesting. Quiet and peaceful location. Car is needed and the small road off the main road is very steep and narrow but worth it. We loved our stay here

Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. View of etna is lovely The balcony was particularly lovely to relax on and eat al fresco Well done Fabio

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Michela und Antonio und fühlten uns wie bei Freunden. Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Den tollen Pool hatten wir für uns alleine. Michela hat uns mit Limoncello-Spritz verwöhnt, erfrischend und lecker. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen, gerne wären wir länger geblieben, sollten wir wieder nach Milazzo kommen, dann auf jeden Fall in diese Unterkunft. Milazzo ist übrigens ein schönes Städtchen und die Altstadt mit seinen Bars und Restaurants mit einen Besuch wert. Danke für Alles!!!

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Alleinlage (mit den Vermietern) in den Bergen. Die Aussicht aus dem Garten ist wunderschön. In 2-3 km ist man auf dem Monte Ogliastro oder Monte Veneretta, von wo aus man die ganze Region überblicken kann. Traumhaft! Die Terrasse ist groß und vollständig umzäunt. Dann kommt der Parkplatz und dann der schöne umzäunte Garten. Die Katzen waren sehr nett und mit dem Hund gab es keine Probleme. Leider waren die Katzen alle sehr sehr dünn, mindestens 3 hatten schweren Durchfall. Die Schildkröten im Garten hatten sehr trostlose kleine Gehege und der Hund wurde oft auf den Balkon weggesperrt. Haustiere haben auf Sizilien leider meist ein schlimmes Leben. Das hat den Urlaub traurig gemacht.

Casa accogliente e spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Grandissima ospitalita' e gentilezza da parte dei padroni di casa che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa da subito, assicurandoci tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno insieme a cortesia e riserbo. Daniel, anche se "in remoto", e' sempre stato molto celere nel risponderci. A parte questo, il posto e' un autentico luogo di pace e relax, immerso nel verde e nella quiete. Praticamente tutto quello che cercavamo per questi ultimi scampoli di estate.

Mit Abstand das beste Airbnb, in dem ich je war. Es ist sogar schöner als auf den Fotos! Ein außergewöhnlicher Ort, der sich wie ein verstecktes Paradies anfühlt. Absolute Ruhe, eine traumhafte Umgebung und ein Pool, der schöner kaum sein könnte – perfekt in die Landschaft eingebettet und ein echtes Highlight. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich herzlich, großzügig und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wer einen besonderen Rückzugsort sucht, fernab von Trubel und Lärm, ist hier genau richtig. Wir wären am liebsten noch geblieben.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Antonella und Giorgio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen - sehr modern, gemütlich und super ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse und in dem kleinen Garten lässt es sich herrlich entspannen. Antonella und Giorgio sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und waren jederzeit sehr darum bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

We verbleven met 7 vriendinnen in het huis. We vonden de ligging ideaal (wel wat bergop) en het terras was een mooie extra! Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de regio met het openbaar vervoer te verkennen! Propere, ruime kamers. En een supermarkt dichtbij. Flexibel uitchecken. Een aanrader!

The host went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Clean, spacious, and secure accommodations. Would reccommend to anyone who is staying in Reggio.

Otrolig utsikt. Otrolig liten by 5 minuters promenad bort, utsikt över berg och havet. Fullständigt magnifikt, fick inte nog. Bil ett måste men enkelt att hitta överallt, rekommenderar sunkisses beach club där det var enkelt att parkera bilen. Byn precis ovanför hade allt man kan önska sig, sparsamt med restauranger men räckte gott och väl. Fanns även en liten butik, med betoning på liten. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och enkel att ha och göra med. Väldigt lugnt och vilsamt boende, som själen mådde gott av. Vi var en dag i Taormina men längtade tillbaka till lugnet i Forza di Agro.

Wir hatte eine großartige Zeit! Das kleine Bergdorf ist traumhaft schön, ruhig, aber hat auch ein paar nette Restaurants und Bars. Das apartment ist sehr schön und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen super Ausblick. Emanuele war ein perfekter Host und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben.

From the scent of Jasmine, as you enter the gate, it feels like a little Eden to come to Villa Mediterranea. Alessia and Adelio were there to greet us with smiles. Alessia plucked blood oranges, lemons, and clementines from the trees on the terrace to provide a refreshment at our arrival. This was such an amazing touch. But only the first of many during our stay. The views from the patio are just breathtaking. Perched high in a cliff top just north of Taormina center, we had a view out to the sea and to the misty mountains of the Italian mainland beyond. It is a magical place. Alessia, Adelfio, and Enza checked in with us often and provided great suggestions for things to do while we were there. The Villa is just a short 10 minute walk from the city center, but also feels a world away in its contained beauty and privacy. The pool is wonderful. It is a pleasure to lounge by it in the warm sun and then take refreshing dips to cool off. We loved this place and highly recommend it

Wonderful stay at this beautiful , spacious and immaculately clean property. Wonderful kitchen and deck area. So close to everything but very quiet. Beautiful outlook also. Giovy was excellent to deal with. Grazie!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Daniele hat uns sehr netten begrüßt und uns mit Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Gegend beraten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind die Highlights der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und über einen 5min Weg über die Felsen ist man an einem kleinen ruhigen Strand. Große Empfehlung!

Bella casetta indipendente, molto comoda per andare sia al mare che a Scilla. Anche vicino al porto dove partono i traghetti per la Sicilia. Casa pulita, ordinata, silenziosa, tranquilla. Giovanna gentillissima, sempre a disposizione ed ad ajutare al massimo! Grazie per la bella permanenza.

Fabulous little part apartment in a wonderful location. It is a stone through from the beach, where you were able to rent beds or take your own towels. You are just down the road from the beautiful Isola Bella natural reserve and beach. There is a mini market with essentials just a two minute walk away, and the cable car up into the town is just a few minutes walk, taking you straight up into Taormina. The apartment is well equipped and the Terrace is a beautiful spot to have breakfast watching the sunrise, or for your evening meal.

Angela und ihr Mann sind wunderbare Gastgeber: Wir treffen über eine Stunde früher als geplant in Taormina ein – kein Problem! Wir reisen mit einem VW-Bus an – auch das ist kein Thema, selbst nicht in den verwinkelten Gassen dieser traumhaften Stadt. Die Wohnung hat einen geschützten Parkplatz. Auf jede Frage und jedes Anliegen reagiert Angela mit einem Fingerschnippen. Die Wohnung ist eine ideale Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Taormina: innen angenehm kühl, wenn draussen die Sommerhitze flirrt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Informationen zur Wohnung und zur Stadt sind präzise und hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – und die herzlichen Begegnungen mit Angela werden uns noch lange in bester Erinnerung bleiben.

we did really enjoy our stay in the beautiful mountains near Castelmola. the view from the balcony is really amazing and you cant get enough of it! inside the house it is nicely fresh, if you keep the Windows closed and dark throughout the day! the host is really nice and and provides a lot of information for you , you can ask for recommendations and they will happily provide them for you! the also give us some fruits and some little things for some breakfast and a little sweet surprise:) all in all, a great experience!

La casa di Natale e Claudia è bellissima. Il terrazzo è magico e offre tramonti spettacolari sulle Eolie. Tutta la tenuta è una meraviglia; il fatto che sia tutto recintato rende molto più semplice la gestione, soprattutto se si ha un cane a cui piace scappare. Inoltre fa sentire sicuri, l’auto è parcheggiata all’interno. Ho chiesto un’aspirapolvere (causa cane) e mi è stata fornita subito. Abbiamo chiesto il barbeque e anche quello l’abbiamo ricevuto subito. La lavatrice è stata comoda, visto il soggiorno un po’ lungo (più di una settimana). Tutto il resto era semplicemente perfetto. Intorno a Rodia fuori stagione non c’è molto, ma con qualche km di auto il problema è risolto.
