Our newly renovated Casa Bianca has all the charm of the old building in which it is located on the walls of the historic city center of Penne, but with modern amenities. We have retained the special architectural features found in this area (brick barrel ceilings, wooden beams, mosaic floor designs). There are beautiful views from the balcony and all main rooms. Casa Bianca is just steps from shopping, bars, and restaurants, and a short drive from beaches, mountains, olive groves and wineries.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Casa Marù is a small accommodation suitable for two or three people who are looking for tranquility and nature. It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The feature oftheproperty is the Majella stone construction that makes the house cool in the summer. Parking (not paid) is located near the building. Also ideal for those who want to go to the sea (reachable in about 30 minutes).

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Detached house, ideal as a base for mushroom hunting, mountain biking or simply a few days of rest within the splendid panorama of the Gran Sasso; 10 min from Lake Penne, 15 from Rigopiano and 20 from the Voltigno plain. Equipped with a tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends, and a pergola with a window where you can enjoy a barbecue overlooking the olive groves, bicycle shelter and/or for 4-legged friends, sunbed and deckchair to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Unplugging from daily commitments, work stress and maybe even technology is what it takes to find ourselves. "Baita la Loggia" is a lovely apartment, located in the green of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, 3 km from Farindola. We consider it a little slice of heaven for nature lovers, walks in the woods, sports, and relaxation. But it's up to you to find out and decide.
