We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and well thought out. The hosts are also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience! 10/10!

This was my first stay in David's place but I have stayed in this complex elsewhere before. This unit is a great value compared to the others. It has beautiful patio with a covered table. The washer is much appreciated. The kitchen is oversized and the place would great for someone that cooks .

We had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Andres Felipe and Felbrania were especially helpful — they quickly smoothed out any small issues and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. The security and building staff were also excellent — always polite, professional, and clearly on top of their game. The apartment itself was situated on a high floor, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and tourist activities — a big plus for anyone looking to explore the area. The only minor downside was that the pool was occasionally unavailable during peak hours due to maintenance. However, this didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again!

George was very communicative and helpful getting us onboarded and setting up logistics. With that said, his Property Manager Christian is one of the most impressive young men we’ve ever met. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful to our young family. All in all the ownership team went over and above for us during our stay. And now to the stay. The only other place we visited that rivals this scenic beauty was in Leissigen/Interlaken Switzerland, if that gives anyone a glimpse of how breathtakingly beautiful this part of the world is high in the mountains on a Coffee Farm. Our kids saw peacocks, exotic birds, and farm animals. It was a unique experience that we’ll never forget. Thank you George and Christian for opening up your world to us. I suggest if you travel with a young family that you arrange with them on transportation to make it all go smoothly as the prices are extremely fair for transit and they of course make everything go with ease as you travel to the Finca Naya Estate.

We stayed at this beautiful finca for six weeks during June and July, and it was amazing. The views and nature around it were breathtaking and beyond peaceful, exactly what I was looking for. Sadiel was always attentive and helpful. We hired a house helper to assist with all the cleaning and cooking around the house, her name is Claudia (recommended by Sadiel), and words cannot describe how amazing and helpful she was too. She knows the finca and the area like the back of her hand and was always very proactive with everything that had to do with the house. I had an amazing six weeks there; internet connection was never an issue, and the home was also beautiful and had everything my family and I needed. There was one minor challenge that is not the owner's fault. The dirt road to get to the house wasn’t in the best shape when we were there, and it was difficult for an automobile to get there—no problem if you have an SUV. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

Tuve una excelente experiencia hospedándome en esta casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo estaba impecable y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La decoración era acogedora, con detalles que te hacían sentir como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas, la cocina completamente equipada y los espacios exteriores perfectos para relajarse. La ubicación también fue ideal, cerca de todo lo necesario pero en una zona tranquila que permitía descansar sin interrupciones. Además, David fue muy atento, siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y la recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, bien cuidada.

This is a great option for Airbnb in El Retiro. It's walking distance to the park, close to restaurants. Julian is very responsive. The breakfast that is included at La Liebre is great! Only thing to check with them first is if they now have wifi at the Airbnb. During our stay, there was no Wifi. La Liebre does have free wifi access you can use, it's right across the street. The main bedroom also faces the street, it can get noisy. The room in the back is much quieter. Overall, great stay and would recommend :)

Me encantó mi estadía. El lugar es súper cómodo y limpio, con todo lo que necesitas. La ubicación es perfecta, en medio de la naturaleza, rodeado de arboles y pajaros, una vista brutal. Juliana fue muy amable y atenta, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa. Definitivamente lo recomiendo a todos. Si buscan un lugar tranquilo y agradable, este es el indicado. The house was beautiful, even better in person. It terms of layout, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms have mostly queen size beds and 1 main bedroom has a king size mattress and very comfortable. Some of the accommodation was in sofa beds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and 4 adults or children in sofa beds. The house is very well located, very safe place. Be mindful of having your own car if you need to walk to the town as the house is up the hill, unless you are an avid walker/runner you can do it. We stayed most of the time at the house because the views were so breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave. The host and the person in charge were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time at Adriana’s house. Thank you

Great location and beautiful room with a view

Todo fue excelente durante la estadía. El apto es tal como se aprecia en las foto. Está muy céntrico de todo. La comunicación fue fluida y siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier detalle.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, starting with location and the premises are wonderful!! Juanma the host was always available and made sure we had everything we needed asap! I definitely recommend this place above any other! Can’t wait to be back

Jorge Luis fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitara. el apartamento esta muy bien ubicado queda muy cerca de la estación del metro del poblado. su ubicación es perfecta y tiene todo lo que se necesita!! aire acondicionado por si quieres dormir con la ventana cerrada . porque realmente es muy fresco. un buen espacio de trabajo y la cama y el sofá son muy cómodos. el estilo del apartamento también me gusto mucho!!

Espectacular, volveríamos sin duda, fácil acceso comunicación rápida, la decoración 10/10 , un lugar muy bien pensando en el centro del Carmen, a pesar de su ubicación uno pensaría que es ruidoso la habitación aísla el ruido muy bien, la terraza muy chévere 😎

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
