In the middle of the promenade. Around the village there is a forest with lakes, hiking trails facing the sea. This allows for virtually pristine beach areas in the surrounding area. On the parallel street behind the building there is a Covirán supermarket and numerous supermarkets in Vila-Real.

The terrace has its own separate entrance and is for the exclusive use of guests. The views are spectacular.
