There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Small, rustic Alentejo house, renovated, with the essential comforts to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, but also close to the immensity of the sea. Private, fenced space, with 2 houses nearby, belonging to the owner, with little movement and absolute discretion. It has a barbecue and a covered space for outdoor dining.
