Spacious and comfortable apartment It needs maintenance as there were some broken things and damp stains on the wall. They gave us the apartment with dirty cutlery...that was a little unpleasant. Flor was super kind in communication and responded quickly when we needed something. For a long stay (we stayed 2 weeks) there are things missing that would improve the accommodation, such as a carpet for the bathroom and a dish drainer in the kitchen. The doorbell has a camera that gave us security. Being located on the 4th floor, it is very quiet and we had no street noise. We recommend it if they solve the humidity problem...

Johanna welcomed us, showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk to us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It's the perfect size and 4 fit in without any problems, with all the comfort. With a large balcony to be outside, and to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Thank you very much Mariano and Johanna for the quick communication and the accessibility and uncomplicated nature of the whole process! I hope to be back very soon!

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!
