It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

At the "Domaine de Champ rose" (cottage) you can rest in the calm and the countryside of the south-Charente in our large charming cottage (18th century castle). We'll give you a family-friendly welcome and guide you on things to do in the area. To relax, we are equipped with a private, year-round covered and heated pool, large shaded park, game room and library, as well as a bocce court. We accept a maximum of 18 people. No pets.

Cabane du Silon

Cabin built mainly with recycled materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior layout, suitable for both short and long stays. Breakfast included and served in the morning between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games (2 on site), enjoy a person you love, stroll in nature (park, forest, vineyard) or on the water (boat), have a barbecue…

Quiet house, country comfort, pool, gym

18th century house in the countryside, with only horses and cows as neighbors. It can accommodate up to six people. We have tried to put in all the comforts possible to make your stay easier. Numerous hikes nearby as well as many producers. It is located about 45 km from Angoulême and cognac, 60 km from Périgueux, 1 hr 15 min from Bordeaux and Royan. There is a large pool and a gym with a sauna.
