We had a great weekend at this place. The place is exactly as advertised, clean, well located and pleasant to live in. Special mention to the host, friendly and above all very responsive. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding very good. I would highly recommend it!

I have been to Montargis many times for sporting events and selected accommodations on Air BNB but I must say that Hugues and Marie Pierre's accommodation is for me the best I have been able to test. The place is spacious, clean, warm, modern and very conveniently located! A big thank you for the hospitality, all the information provided to make the stay go smoothly.

Jodie accurately described her flat. She was honest in putting g pictures of the stair getting into it and the spiral stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. It was very close to the center of town. Parking was at the cathedral parking garage but did cost 10Euros per 24 hrs. We wheeled our suitcases over cobble stones when we arrive but got smarter at check out. I drove the car over and got our bags. My only concern was there was a homeless person sleeping and living in the courtyard. It was obvious that She had been living there regularly . She was in the stairway going down to the basement not the stairs used to get in the building. She caused no problems for us.

Great location to be able to dump your car and walk around town. Secure parking a real bonus.

Beautiful accommodation ideally located in the city centre of Orleans. Nothing is missing: it is perfectly equipped and very well furnished. The bed is comfortable and the whole place is pleasant to live in. All the information provided is clear, Jérôme is very responsive to messages. Close to all amenities, it is an excellent choice for a stay in Orléans.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.
