Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the children's island, 10 km to the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. At the front a sunny wooden terrace and at the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bicycles. The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.
