Apartment holiday rentals in Montalbino, Milan

Paolo and the co-hosts are very accommodating hosts. We had a very late check-in (after midnight) and this was made possible for a small fee. The apartment is as described. It was very clean and we lacked nothing. The value for money is right. We were two adults and a teenager. The location on the northern edge of the centre is great. The Maciachini metro station and tram stop are practically right outside the door. This makes it easy to reach the whole of Milan. The area is no longer touristy, which is immediately noticeable in the prices in the restaurants. We like these neighbourhoods. Overall, a recommended apartment for a city trip.

Anna is a wonderful host, very helpful and kind, always very responsive and wishing to help. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, it has everything you need even for long stays. Is located very near of (in my opinion) one of the bests areas in Milan to hang out and very close to different public transportation options plus only 25 min. Away from the central station. Highly recommend it!

Really lovely stay at The Blue Spot! The room is perfect for a city break, beautiful and upbeat. Commuting to local attractions was effortless, with the Zara metro stop less than 10 minutes walk. Some great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance too. Would still highly recommend to others! Thanks again both for having us stay! 💙

My stay in this apartment was really nice. The house is very clean, attention to detail and very welcoming, with everything you need to feel comfortable right away. Costanza's place was exactly as described. Large and airy. Very clean and check in was very easy. The apartment is located just a minutes walk to a metro stop and right across the street from a nice park. On Saturdays there is a large locale street market in that same area. That was a nice surprise. One of the best things about staying here was how kind and considerate Costanza is. She was always willing to help answer questions and made us feel that our experience in Milan really mattered to her. She's a great hostess.

Really a very special place: A historic apartment which is stylishly decorated. Very clean and well equipped. The feel of a 6 star hotel. Very special to be able to stay at Gianfranco's. He reacted quickly on messages. The place has great connections with trains and tram. A true quiet gem!

Wonderful experience! Alberto's apartment in Milan was a perfect choice for my stay. Modern, clean, well furnished and equipped with all the comforts you need to feel at home even when you're away from home. The location is strategic, convenient for visiting the city and well served by public transport. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Alberto was a very kind host, always available and attentive to every detail. Communication was smooth and welcoming from the first contact. We had a great stay at Marco’s home. The hosts were so kind in allowing us to check in early after a long flight. We had everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the home. There was easy access to public transportation and the home is close to must see spots in Milan. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants and communicated promptly. They were very accommodating! We would definitely return.

Everything is brand new in the apartment. Martha was very helpful in explainjng everythjng upon check-in. The location is amazing, 5 mins walking distance from the Duomo.

I truly can't say enough about our stay here at Linnea's penthouse. The space is outstanding—we actually booked this place in an emergency because the AirBnB we had originally booked was very low quality. This place was our saving grace! Spotless, incredibly luxe, spacious—this place is a gem. My partner and I stayed here, but we could have easily had two more couples comfortably staying with us. Linnea has the *kindest* housekeeper, Adelina, who made us feel right at home during check-in. Also, Linnea's property manager, Donatella, was extremely kind, responsive, and very helpful in coordinating our check-in. It is not often a place lives up to its photos—but this place is somehow even more beautiful! It also comes with some great perks: a filter for drinking water, a hot tub and outdoor rooftop terrace, giant showers, a washing machine, a lift to the apartment, and very comfortable beds. I don't think we will stay anywhere else when we visit Milan again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at 12 Giuseppe Compagnoni in Milan. The location was amazing — in a quiet, elegant neighborhood but still close to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Davide, the manager, welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we felt at home right away. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would absolutely return and highly recommend it!

The apartment is in a terrific location, an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as being centrally located for all the great sites and attractions of Milan. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very spacious and anyone who loves 20th century design will love it!
