Le studio que je vous propose est de 25 m2 en plein cœur du Périgord vert. (super marché à proximité. ) Notre maison se situe à 15 minutes en voiture de Périgueux, à 20 km de Brantôme et Bourdeilles. Cet appartement est proche d'un centre équestre (que nous dirigeons), de sentiers pédestres et de la rivière (canoës). Il est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Des vacances apaisantes en symbiose avec la nature !

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility
