Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mont

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

A great apartment in a cool location !! I was able to park my bike around the corner on a side street, no tickets/permits required. Based in the heart of town , walkable to the new Bastogne War Museum. Thanks.

The apartment is clean, spacious, sleek and equipped with every comfort. If you have any questions or problems, Justine responds quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. The kitchen is well equipped, so you don't always have to eat out. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is fine. You have to get used to the traffic noise in the bedroom, but otherwise it is a quiet apartment with an excellent location.

very good stay with Claudy who lives next door and therefore always available in case of need and welcoming. The house is located on the heights near Stavelot with a splendid view. Flexibility on check-in and check-out times which is a real plus. A big thank you to Claudy

Beautiful, cozy studio. Everything on it and it and sparkling clean. Nathalie welcomed us and immediately gave us all kinds of practical tips. And if we had any questions, she responded quickly and accurately. Seen many nice places in the area. It was 4 wonderful days!

Super nice, very private and nice house with all comforts. Good beds and the jacuzzi is a plus. Philippe leaves you alone, which is also nice. I was surprised because it was my friend's birthday, it was a very nice surprise.

Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. Some comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. This was a wonderful place in a good neighborhood. It was even bigger and nicer than expected based on the photos. It was very clean and a great space to spend the weekend! Would definitely go back for my next trip there!

Wonderful stay. The accommodation was well equipped, so we spent a lot of time there. It was spacious enough, very luxurious and well equipped. It was also all spotlessly clean. The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond! Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back!

Pierre is a very pleasant host, always ready to answer our questions, share his tips and multiply the small attentions. Our stay in this beautiful house did us a lot of good. The environment is magnificent, the trails start at the foot of the house. It's a wonderful discovery. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed here a second time. A very cozily furnished large house, which is great for large groups. We were there with a group of 13 adults and 2 babies and had plenty of room. Chair and bed were provided for the babies. The kitchen is well equipped and there are towels, bed linen and toiletries as well. Everything being clean. We especially liked the hobby room. Unfortunately, the location is not so optimal for direct excursions on site. It is very quiet there. But if you are looking for peace, this is the place.

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very busy. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we look forward to next time at Maria's place. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's holiday flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

The apartment is equipped as a regular home, it is spacious, bright and with a magnificent terrace. Norbert is always on the lookout for your demands and his neighbour Christel is an example of how communication problems can be solved with kindness and cordiality.

We had a great time at this extremely well-equipped and beautiful accommodation. Everything is thoughtfully thought out and extremely comfortable. Arguably the most equipped Airbnb I've been to! It's on the top floor so it can just get a little warm at night.

We spent an extended weekend at Pati's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very lovingly furnished, superbly equipped and has a great roof terrace. We also liked the location very much, very quiet and a great view of greenery. We will definitely come back...

We had a wonderful week in Larochette. The house is well located for excursions throughout the region, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Tom and Carmen went very smoothly. We would love to come back.

Lovely, peaceful and clean apartment. Georg was very helpful and let us store our tandem. Good supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk through the park into Aachen city.

What a wonderful location to take walks from there (for example by traveling by bus for 3 euros and then walking back to Roetgen) in the nature reserve. We definitely plan to come back again because we want to take even more beautiful walks in that neighborhood and liked the accommodation very much. In the apartment, really all sorts of things were available. We baked nice sandwiches for the breakfast. The egg cooker is used for delicious cooked eggs at breakfast. There is a homey feel. We suspect that it has been really inhabited. If the photos are up to you, I can really recommend this apartment to you. In Roetgen itself, not many restaurants were open this week, but there were a lot of supermarkets nearby, so there is plenty of alternative instead of eating out. Living in Roetgen is a great restaurant to eat. I don't know about the other restaurants. On April 30th there is a Meiboom tradition and in the evening/night that can cause some noise nuisance.
