Holiday rentals with a pool in Monsaraz

The house was very charming. It was a quaint, traditional home, and it was very well maintained and renovated. It was wonderful spending time at the house. Visiting Murao in the fall makes finding a restaurant difficult in town during the week, so if you plan to visit in the off season, just be aware that there may be few options during the week.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer. Joyce is an excellent host and very supportive with all questions you have!

It was an amazing week we spent in the villa. So peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Ideal for those who want to escape from the crowd. Beaches are relatively close but who needs them when you have such swimming pool. Be ready for the dusty road but there's the self-lavagem in the Grândola.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The environment exceeded our expectations, everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness to the small details that demonstrate care and attention. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything we needed, and the tranquility of the space made our visit even more enjoyable. Carla and Manuel were extremely friendly, attentive and always ready to help us with any need. We felt welcomed and very well treated. It was certainly an unforgettable stay, and we won't hesitate to return or recommend it to friends and family!

Awesome property and very nice host. Kudos to Anibal and Amélia for being super responsive and helpful. Very few issues with the house which were promptly resolved. A parking space would have helped improve the experience but not a blocker. Pity we couldnt enjoy the pool and the patio much due to the weather. Overall definitely recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Joaquim’s place. It is a large studio space (possibly a former dance studio?), with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and it was so welcome in the heat. Joaquim was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and also provided good information on Moura. The supermarkets are conveniently close at hand, and everything in the town is walking distance. We tried a couple of restaurants - Vermulhudo and André’s - both really good with a lively atmosphere. We climbed to the top of the tower at the castle, had a boat trip at the Alqueva dam, visited the oil press museum and generally enjoyed Moura which is very pretty. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back.

Another fantastic few days in this gorgeous space, love the selection of books on the shelves, well equipped kitchen, and very fast response from Lawrence and on-site (but at a distance) housekeeper. Cannot fault the house for a family break.

A very spacious and cool house, the patio where the pool is located is beautiful (more so at night), the stay was great, the children had a great time
