Condo holiday rentals in Monopoli

Logement idéalement placé dans le centre historique de Monopoli. La place Garibaldi est une très belle place où l’on trouve de nombreux bars / restaurants. Immersion totale. Belles rencontres avec les locaux. Boulangerie à proximité. Parking gratuit à proximité. L’appartement est facile d’accès. Très spacieux et aéré, du balcon , nous avions vue sur la place animée. Adriana et son mari sont très accueillants, sympathiques et très à l’écoute. Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement. Ils ont pensé à tout et ils ont tout fait afin que nous soyons comme à la maison. Encore merci à tous les deux pour cette prestation. Nous avons adoré votre ville, quelle architecture…. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La casa es cómoda y acogedora. Un ambiente amplio que da a la calle. El baño impecable, pero nis hubiera resultado útil contar con jabón de ducha y shampoo. y la cocina con todos los servicios. El barrio muy lindo y cerca del centro histórico Gran estadía La única incomodidad que por la noche había mosquitos.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ostuni. Es war alles perfekt und Ludovica war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns immer eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The stay in the Antonella´s apartment was nice. Great location in the heart of Monopoli and easy to access the historical parts, restaurants so as well the beaches on the side. Helpful instructions on parking and quick responses whenever we needed. The stairs into the apartment are very steep but thats how it is in these buildings:)

This very well equipped apartment was exactly as described. Small and compact but perfectly formed with a carefully thought out modern renovation in an old building. Very quiet location at night allowing great sleep time. The kitchen had every convenience possible and the full size fridge was appreciated. This was our 3rd visit to Monopoli and the location is absolutely perfect..a short walk to everywhere! The very small balcony is not really usable other than for fresh air and to hang washing but it was accurately described and still a bonus to be able to open floor to ceiling windows. It was nice and cool and no need to use the a/c on this visit. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit. Thank you Giovanni and Angela.

Logement très bien placé à seulement 10min à pieds du centre historique, du port et des nombreux bars et restaurants. Il y en a même dans le quartier à 2 pas pour le petit déjeuner etc. Le logement est suffisant pour 2. Très propre.

Accueil chaleureux et très bon conseil notamment pour nous aider à réserver un restaurant de poisson. Nous avons pu occuper le logement en avance, nous avions Prévu de laisser nos bagages et de revenir faire le check-in mais il nous a proposé d’occuper le logement en arrivant puisque qu’il était déjà disponible 👍👏 . Très agréable lorsque vous avez voyagé depuis le matin. Nous avons pu aussi bénéficier de souplesse pour le checkout, bien entendu tous cela dépend si le logement est réoccupé immédiatement ou pas. Mais dans tous les cas nous avons vraiment senti une volonté d’être à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Encore merci

Rossellas house is located within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) from Castro Maria. The house features two beedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and several terraces overlooking the see. When longing for a swim in the see you can go to Cala dell´Acquaviva which is a small but very lovely beach located just a few minutes from Rosellas house. At Cala dell´Acquaviva you find a kiosk and a very good restaurant. You can also go to Castro Marina where the old harbour has been turned into "swimming-area". Longing for more urban activites, you will reach Lecce be car in approx. 40 minutes.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una notte. Appartamento pulitissimo, bagno moderno e posizione ottima, vicinissimo al centro. La signora Maria é stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile, lo consiglio sicuramente.

Highly recommend! I will stay here again if I revisit Bari. Wonderful apartment and great location.

Perfect location, near to the old and new part of the city. Everything was great. The flat was better than at the pictures. Cleanness & equipment great.

Amazing appartment with large balcony. The place is really comfortable to stay for a longer period (washing machine etc available). We only stayed 2 nights but wish we couls have stayed longer. Close by the city centre (walking distance, 15 mins) and is also in a lively neighbourhood.

Excelente ubicación. ventaja contar con cochera en el edificio. depto hermoso cómodo y limpio! excelente comunicación con la anfitriona, quien nos recomendó varios lugares útiles. muy agradecidos por la buena onda y comunicación con Adriana! Super recomendable. sin dudas, volveríamos ahí, saludos!

A great property with everything you needed. It was clean , comfortable and very pleasant and homely. There were nice touches, like delicious little snacks there to have with coffee, and even shampoo, washing powder etc so no need to buy anything like that. There were small shops nearby for groceries etc. Only slight problem for us was that it was quite a walk into town, and even further to the old town - but then we are quite elderly, and for someone younger I’m sure this wouldn’t have mattered. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

A cidade é apaixonante e a acomodação permite caminhar por todos os pontos centrais com tranquilidade em qualquer horário.. Mercado ao lado, proximidade com o centro e uma orla linda! Fomos de carro para visitar cidades vizinhas e foi essencial locar a garagem a parte com o Vito, é quase impossível estacionar no bairro (as vagas são reservadas para moradores ou inexistentes). Reforço que a casa é um ambiente único com uma divisória entre quarto e sala. O Vito oferece um check-in especial e orienta sobre os principais passeios, restaurantes e reservas.

andrea si è dimostrato, sin dalla prenotazione, molti disponibile. l'alloggio, situato al settimo ed ultimo piano in un bel palazzo di nuova costruzione, si presenta ampio e con una spaziosa terrazza in cui vi è disponibile anche una cyclette. appartamento silenzioso.

We loved our stay at Donatella’s place! Even though we were unlucky with the weather it was really cosy and sweet. The reception and internet is a little bit of an issue for us but we figured it out! Antonio the grounds keeper was great! Super friendly and tried to help us as much as possible even though there was a language barrier. Don’t keep your doors/car doors open!! The cats will come in. We had little muddy footprints all through our car haha!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Particolare. We verbleven 2 weken in de studio. Mooie schone ruimte en alles aanwezig! Mooie, rustige omgeving vlakbij Martina Franca. Peter en Anita zijn zeer hartelijke mensen. Ze gaven ons veel tips over de omgeving. We voelden ons helmaal thuis!

Annachiara nous a accueilli et a toujours été réactive à nos demandes. La Casa Carucci est une excellente découverte : bel endroit, très bien entretenu par Antonio, qui donne un supplément d'âme à ce lieu. C'est une personne d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande générosité. Ce séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans toutes ses petites attentions : Milskake, glaces, bruschettas et boissons rafraichissantes ainsi que les légumes de son jardin mis à disposition. Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller d'y séjourner. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter :-)

Geweldig mooie en schone Trulli. Eigenaren en beheerders uitermate aardig en gastvrij. Goede ligging om omliggende plaatsjes te bezoeken. Alles binnen 20 minuten en een supermarkt om de hoek. Het zwembad is een zeer grote plus. Heerlijk!

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste bei Anselmo und seiner Frau Katja und haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause bei Freunden. Es ist ein herrliches Anwesen und Anselmo hat mich überall auf seinem tollen Anwesen herumgeführt und mir alles gezeigt. Ich konnte auch Maulbeeren und Mispeln probieren. Er hat sehr viel dort selbst aufgebaut und es gibt neben dem schönen Infinity-Pool mit natürlichem Wasser auch zwei Trullis, die ich mir anschauen konnte. Katja und Anselmo stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wie bei guten Freunden. Die Terrasse und die Wohnung sind sehr schön und bieten sehr viel Platz. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die gesamte Anlage liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Sie bietet einen tollen Ausblick in die Umgebung und auf wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben in der tollen Oasi di Pace wundervolle Tage bei Anselmo und Katja verbracht und wären am Liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Both Giuseppe and Federica were very responsive in dealing with questions and suggestions of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We were able to use the beautiful lounge when the weather was not great. The pool and surrounds were beautifully kept with comfortable lounges and umbrellas.
