Apartment holiday rentals in Monopoli

The photos didn’t do the apartment justice. The apartment is larger than we expected with very thoughtful details that made our stay so comfortable. The location is perfect - quiet but extremely close to the water and many restaurants and other activities. Piero is extremely responsive and friendly. We had a little emergency and Piero helped us out immediately!! He is an amazing host 😊. We will be happy to stay in his place again if we are in Monopoli in the future.

Really amazing stay. Close to the beach and the town of Monopoli. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. Vittorio (property manager) was extremely helpful during checkin/checkout, gave us so many great recommendations, and even helped me find a bar to watch the nba playoffs (something so hard to do in Europe!)

The stay was perfect, wish we could’ve stayed forever. It was central, cozy and the host was so communicative.

Daria was a an extremely responsive and cheerful host. She was available for questions throughout our stay. Her place is extremely clean, in a great location next to the beautiful Basilica, an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, in the old town where things happen, and near small south of town beaches. The roof terrace and French doors to tiny terraces are delightful, allowing great airflow through the apartment. There are three flights of narrow stairs. The multi level space has great design, nestled in the historic stone building and neighborhood.

We were 4 Adults, we had a wonderful stay. The apt is perfectly located on one of the busiest streets in Monopoli. When all the windows are closed it’s very quiet and great for sleeping. We really enjoyed our 4 nights. Lots of great restaurants and things to do near by. I would definitely recommend Donna’s place.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. Anna was a wonderful host – she gave us plenty of helpful recommendations and was always ready to assist if we needed anything. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We felt very welcome and completely at home. Highly recommended!

I truly believe Antonella’s place is the best location in Polignano! The patio has the most amazing view staring right into the Grotto. Sitting out on the patio swing watching the sunset was priceless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything! Thank you so much for such a remarkable vacation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Monopoli. Quel bonheur de tout pouvoir faire à pied depuis l’appartement. Léo est très accueillant, toujours réactif et disponible. Il nous a donné plein de recommandations à faire (visites, restaurants, activités , plages, villages à visiter) dans la région. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Nous sommes tombé sous le charme de la ville ! Petit plus de l’appartement : la super terrasse sur le toit, pour profiter des belles soirées ! À ne pas rater !

We had a really good stay at Manuelas Apartment which is very close to the railway station and also just a short walk to the beautiful old town and the sea. Manuela is a very good host, very friendly and pro-active. The communication and check-in was very smooth. Thanks a lot!

Lovely apartment in the historic centre of Monopoli. MariaLaura was very responsive and greeted me when I arrived. The apartment is small and neat with a lively roof terrace. Warning: the stairs are very steep so may not suit people with mobility issues. MariaLaura kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs. Highly recommended: 2 minutes walk from the sea and the lovely port area

We where a family of 12 rented Jennie’s 3 apartments 7 adults in Primo it was very spacious and cozy. Everyone had their own space with full bathrooms. The kitchen had a very nice balcony for you to over look the monopoli streets while having a cocktail, we were even able to have a family sit down dinner with all 12 of us! We had the 4 younger adults stay at the 2 connected apartments (Romeo and Juliet) and they had plenty of space with 2 full bathrooms with two entry doors and one door connecting to apartments. I would 100% come back Thank you so much

Het was geweldig , we werden warm ontvangen , en het appartement heeft alles wat nodig is voor een fijn verblijf en meer . De douche heeft een krachtige straal, het bed ligt zalig , en de keuken heeft alles wat er nodig is . De atmosfeer in de ruimte is zo fijn , onze host super gemotiveerd om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken , ze reageert direct op een vraag , en geeft de beste tips

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und liegt wunderbar in der Altstadt unweit vom Dom in einem kleinen Innenhof. Perfekt, um Monopoli zu erkunden und zu den nahen Stränden zu wandern. Die Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen, haben wir sehr genossen. Super nett war, dass die Gastgeber uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für die Ankunft reserviert haben, und noch mit einem typischen Gebäck empfangen haben. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The stay was super clean and tidy. Marino's parents were present during check in. They were really kind even though there was communication barrier, I didn't know any Italian. There was some issue with kitchen drain, but the parents were there early morning to fix it. Super friendly and I would always recommend

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement et la résidence sont tout neuf. Francesco a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher car nous étions un peu perdu en arrivant. La résidence est sécurisée avec un portail ce qui est rassurant. L’appartement est impeccable, moderne et très bien décoré. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil.

LOVEEE THIS! IT WAS PERFECT! The villa was perfectly peaceful and serene in the middle of small town Conversano. Right next to the town center with lots of places to eat! Could not recommend it enough!!! You would not regret booking it!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Giovanni. Le domaine est magnifique et superbement entretenu. Nous avons pu goûter aux bonnes pâtisseries maison au petit déjeuner. Très bien situé, emplacement central pour les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très beau logement, à proximité du centre, nous avons trouvé une place de parking juste à côté. La literie est bonne, ce logement est plein de Charme. Netflix sur la télé qui est un vrai plus, ne comprenant pas l’italien, avec Netflix nous pouvons regarder en français.

We were very pleased to be met at the door as we arrived & taken into the apartment & shown around. Excellent location, midway between the central railway station & the old town. Facilities of very high standard.
