Holiday rentals with lake access in Moncarapacho

Had a brilliant time in Quinta do Lago. Accommodation was in a perfect location, spacious, very clean and easy check in process. Communal pool was also a good size and nice and clean as well as feeling quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

We had a pleasant stay, the place is quiet, the house and these outbuildings are great and very well equipped, it's simple, nothing is missing. I also wanted to thank Sergio and Vincent for their kindness and responsiveness. We will definitely come back.

We had a great week at this Vale do Rei. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the Algarve, surrounded by eucalyptus and lands that Christiane cultivates with love. The place is perfect (even better than in the photos and much bigger than it looks). Very well equipped, fresh and subtly decorated. The bedding is comfortable. Suitable for children (we were there with our 4 year old daughter). Common spaces further enhance the experience. A car is essential; nevertheless, you will find everything you need at 10min, in the village located at the bottom of the valley. Christiane is infinite kindness and availability. His sense of detail and warmth make us feel like friends of family. Another huge thank you for everything.

Really Nice place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable. Very friendly host, the lady who let us in absolutely loved our baby and was so sweet with him. Lovely town, and the near islands are gorgeous.

Great Villa for the six people in our party. Well set out with bedrooms at one end moving through to a bright and spacious lounge area with dining table and kitchen off that. Then out onto a covered area outside and then pool and sunloungers. Plenty of space to be together without being cramped. Air con in bedrooms is great. Also good washing machine and additional toilet and shower in outbuilding. Well situated in quiet peaceful area with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very prompt and helpful responses to any enquiries we made. Recommended.

Great place to stay with everything you need for a successful holiday. We especially liked the terrace and the sunbed! Isabel helped us check in and gave us very helpful tips, she is super nice! The only thing we had a little trouble for was that it got very humid and some bad smell downstairs. Otherwise great!

Nuno and Ana are wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The house is equipped with all ( and even more) comforts; really everything you need is present. We enjoyed the house, the garden and the location!!!

We're four friends who had a great stay at José's lovely beach house. He was super-friendly & helpful, and gave us flexibility on check-in/out times. There's an un-official 4th bedroom - it's small with bunk beds & no windows - but it was a nice surprise as it meant no-one had to share a room. The master bedroom is spacious with a big en-suite & there's another large bathroom too. We all thought our beds were firm & very comfortable with soft cotton bed linen. The kitchen was very well-equipped (for a short-term rental), although we could have used another chopping board. The little garden out the back was so peaceful and pretty with a lemon tree in full fruit and a big sociable table & chairs. Another set outside on the front verandah meant we could take full advantage of the lovely ocean/island views and sit in the sun eating breakfast & other meals. We all loved the house, the location and Jose's friendliness & simpatico approach. Full marks all round for a great long weekend

A wonderful apartment in a great location. The terrace is fabulous, the walking trails were plentiful and safe. We used the hot tub every morning!

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Everything was as described. Edgar met us on arrival. We were able to check in early, which was great. He gave us a tour and explained how everything works. Apartment was perfectly clean with lovely fresh smell. Beds were very comfortable. Terrace was a large area which we made great use of. We had the sun from about 10.15am to 4pm each day and it's very private. The local construction didn't bother us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The swiming pool is around the side of the apartment block. It was clean and had the area to ourselves. It is an easy walk to the Marina, took about 17 minutes. Great stay and we will book again. Lovely spacious apartment with 3 balconies and air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Everything is available, including a washing machine. Very nice shower. Sofa in the living room is fine as a sofa bed. We got 1 set of towels and that's a little for 1 week. On request, however, we immediately received a 2nd set. Thanks again for that. Very friendly host who responds quickly. Alhoa is lovely and we have enjoyed the ferry, islands and trips to Faro and Tavira. Super nice holiday!

It was our 4th stay at this apartment. Love Cabanas and have been going back and forth for 18 years. Will be booking again for next year. The apartment suits our needs with a great view from the large balcony. Really enjoyed our stay again. Thanks Tomás.

This is a gorgeous apartment, overlooking the fabulous Monte Gordo beach. The weather was a bit chilly until the last couple days, so we didn't get quite as much "sitting on the deck" time as we would have liked, but that is Mother Nature at work. Odete's apartment was perfect for the 4 of us, but it would easily accommodate twice that many. We loved it and had a terrific time.

The apartment is in a great location near the Marina, and close to the salt marshes [ where there is a fantastic co-operatively run salt spa]. Parking was easy, the rooftop pool is a lovely option and the flat is large, light and airy with great kitchen utensils. All was spotless. The host's responses were quick when we could not get into the second bedroom initially, and the balcony for eating and watching the sky views was great. Furniture and wifi was all great. Check in was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vitória’s place. It had everything we needed, was clean and in a great location! Would definitely stay again.

O Hoste o Sr. Very friendly and always available Pedro. The house is very catita with all the amenities needed in the middle of nature and with a magnificent view of the Ria Formosa. To highlight the activities that can be done such as horse riding, cycling and hiking through the estate. We will return without a doubt and recommend this place.

A lovely place to stay! It felt very comfortable, the design was fun, and we had the best dinner of our trip at their restaurant! Would come again!

Beautiful house! Very clean and stylishly decorated! We had an great week and felt very comfortable. The house is located just outside Silves surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay with Jan. The house and garden are beautiful. A true oasis with lush vegetation, with a superb vegetable garden, where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The friendly visit of the cat Odin was a plus in the stay. Jan was very friendly, discreet and pleasant. We recommend it without hesitation!

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

Super friendly people , who help you if needed . Great knowledge of what to do and where to go in the area . Be respectful of your privacy. The cottage is beautiful as it is, with all the amenities a person needs . Calm very relaxing environment , but not too far away from the inhabited world . Absolutely recommended for people who love peace and space. We would choose to come back again. René and Patricia
