We love to share our charming and characteristic 300 years old farmhouse. The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.

You have a large green space shaded by our 100-year-old oak tree. The cottage is conveniently located for discovering our beautiful region, from Lot-et-Garonne to Dordogne. Our house is located near the cottage but the green lawn area in front of the dovecote is spacious enough for guests to be independent.
