Ubicato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pietrelcina e dai luoghi di interesse, in un ampio parco privato all'interno di un'area residenziale, Il Giardino in una struttura in pietra dell'800, offre un alloggio a 2 piani collegati con scala esterna, finemente ristrutturato con wifi, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, camino, tv, macchina da caffè, bagno con doccia, barbecue, ampi spazi esterni ove potersi rilassare e godere di una magnifica vista panoramica, un parcheggio privato non custodito.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
