The property offers hiking trails, miles of ATV and horse trails, and a fishing pond. From the cabin porch you can see and hear the soothing sound of a private 50' waterfall.

Roam Ranch Yurt: In a world of squares, it's time to experience round! Located on 10 acres in the beautiful valley of Milburn, Utah. Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Yurt also includes an air conditioning/heating unit. While we love animals, there are no pets allowed. Please message me for current land/weather conditions.

Only 5 minutes off I-15, our suite offers a perfect scenic location! This spacious (720 square feet) suite is super clean with a "fresh" feeling. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon.

Our cozy 2-bedroom, walkout basement apartment is nestled along the foothills of the Santaquin Mountains and offers an amazing view of the Utah Valley. It's very conveniently located, only 0.5 miles from the I-15 freeway entrance and only 5 miles from the Payson UT Temple! This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures!
