Failure to comply will result in the immediate abandonment of the accommodation and a fine of 300€: - Entry into the unit or building of unidentified people is not allowed (if they are going to be more it is ONLY necessary to provide the PERSONAL DATA after the reservation to be aware of them). - No parties or events. - It is not allowed to make noise or speak loudly after 11:00 PM (this is due to the fact that the windows in the bedrooms of our building face the terrace of the unit and a high tone can cause inconvenience to the neighbors). - Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
