The loft/apartment is on the roof of the building and has a spacious balcony with heated jacuzzi and outdoor tables, it is 1.5 km from the entrance of Lomba from Campeche beach. The location is centrally located, with supermarkets and shops nearby, on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The loft is duplex, with the kitchen fully equipped, mezzanine bedroom and living room with double sofa bed.

House located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in Lagoa da Conceição, where you can take a bath of lagoon and waterfall. Where only be reached by ecologic trail or boat. You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

Close to restaurants, clubs, Praia Mole and Joaquina, very cozy and has one of the most beautiful views in Floripa, and an incredible sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The house is on the second floor, and you have to climb stairs to access the house. Access to the beach is via a steep ramp, but for clubs and restaurants it is via a beautiful trail. There is no parking in the condominium due to the access. There is a secure parking lot at one of the condominium exits, with a daily rate of $50.00.

Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
