Typical construction of rural region of the Apulian hills, this tiny farm is surrounded by a fourishing nature with its typical age-old olive and fruit trees. The agricultural tool's depot and animal shelter is now a spacious and comfortable living room with a double bed sofa and a big fireplace. Two trulli have now become cosy bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathroom with shower. One is located in the house, the other is beside equipped with a washing machine. Behind this bathroom there is a external shower under a big olive tree, very loved to our guests.

RomaMia ~ Typical Apulian house

Detached house of 70 square meters on three levels with stairs, in the center, on a very quiet street without car traffic, adjacent to bars, restaurants, clubs, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, 200m from the sea, 500m from the train station, 35 km from Bari airport, 18 km from Bari city, 10 km from Polignano a Mare, 20 km from Monopoli, 50 km from Ostuni. In the vicinity of the house, car parking is available for a fee (blue stripes), but there are free parking lots not far from the accommodation.

La Casa di Silvestro is an elegant stone residence, ideal for immersing yourself in the tranquility of the Itria Valley. Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms, a large kitchen, and two private atriums provide an oasis of absolute peace. A single sofa bed is available upon request. The host enhances the stay with tastings of typical products, traditional dishes, extra-virgin olive oil produced from the property's own olive trees, and local wine, for an authentic Apulian culinary experience.

The Fisherman's Cottage

This house is on the ground floor in the historic center of Mola di Bari. It was renovated in 2015 by recovering two rooms used in the past as a storage for the fishing nets of one of the most famous fishermen in the area: my father. It has two entrances: a main one on Via Duomo 19 and a secondary one. It is close to restaurants, the sea, pharmacies, bars and nightlife. A unique experience, ideal for unplugging. An old house renovated on 3 levels by a local artist, special details and sophisticated attention to detail leave an indelible memory. A few kilometers by car you can reach Cozze, Polignano a Mare, Bari, Torre a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, etc...

Stay in the heart of Mola di Bari! The apartment is a historic residence on two levels, on the second and third floor of a newly renovated building. Spacious room with double and single bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy on the spacious private terrace. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, with frequent trains to Polignano, Monopoli and Bari. Perfect as a base to explore Puglia.

Il Cigno, Beautiful house with large terrace

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
