Detached house of 70 square meters on three levels with stairs, in the center, on a very quiet street without car traffic, adjacent to bars, restaurants, clubs, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, 200m from the sea, 500m from the train station, 35 km from Bari airport, 18 km from Bari city, 10 km from Polignano a Mare, 20 km from Monopoli, 50 km from Ostuni. In the vicinity of the house, car parking is available for a fee (blue stripes), but there are free parking lots not far from the accommodation.

SILVESTRO'S HOUSE - Private house

Silvestro's house is an elegant stone residence, perfect for immersing yourself in the tranquillity of the Itria Valley. Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms, a large kitchen and two private atriums provide an oasis of absolute peace. A single sofa bed is available on request. The host enhances guests' stays with tastings of local products, traditional dishes, extra-virgin olive oil produced from the property's own olive trees, and local wine, offering an authentic Apulian culinary experience.

The Fisherman's Cottage

This house is on the ground floor in the historic center of Mola di Bari. It was renovated in 2015 by recovering two rooms used in the past as a storage for the fishing nets of one of the most famous fishermen in the area: my father. It has two entrances: a main one on Via Duomo 19 and a secondary one. It is close to restaurants, the sea, pharmacies, bars and nightlife. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and small furry friends (pets). CIS: BA07202891000037090

SusMezzAbbasc - Entire house on 3 floors

It is in the heart of the historic center, very close to the city's main street. It is a historic building, developed on 3 levels with a room per floor connected by stairs, with historic furnishings, large kitchen, two double bedrooms and terrace with outdoor shower and an enchanting view. It overlooks one of the most magical squares in the city, quiet and elegant, with balconies. The stairs have handrails, but we do not recommend the place for people with limited mobility.

I Trulli di Mezza is an ancient rural complex that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in a simple and hospitable setting. Minimalist furnishings leave the space to the stone arches and niches that take center stage. Located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, they offer a shared swimming pool with another apartment located within the same property. I Trulli are located a few minutes' drive from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Apulian east coast.

A unique experience, ideal for unplugging. An old house renovated on 3 levels by a local artist, special details and sophisticated attention to detail leave an indelible memory. Antique floor brought back to life, breathtaking terrace, one bathroom per floor and air conditioning, a double room with Indonesian bed and a very small room but ideal for a 2nd couple and possible daughter/son (bunk bed). Close to Red Bull Diving. Unlimited breakfast €15, parking €25.

The house is located in the central area of Mola di Bari. Within walking distance are bakeries, a fishmonger, butcher, supermarkets, greengrocers, and pizzerias. Just a 3-minute walk away is the main square, castle, harbor and promenade. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioners, washer-dryer, TVs and other amenities. A few kilometers by car you can reach Cozze, Polignano a Mare, Bari, Torre a Mare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, etc...

Two-storey apartment with a terrace overlooking the village

Stay in the heart of Mola di Bari! The apartment is a historic residence on two levels, on the second and third floor of a newly renovated building. Spacious room with double and single bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy on the spacious private terrace. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, with frequent trains to Polignano, Monopoli and Bari. Perfect as a base to explore Puglia.

Il Cigno, Beautiful house with large terrace

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.

Enjoy a vacation on the wall of the historic center of Bari, each room of the independent building overlooks the sea from where even in the hottest periods there will be a cool sea breeze. Terrace with free sea view where you can have breakfast or dinner by candlelight. Thanks to our location in the San Nicola neighborhood, you can discover the flavors, colors and scents of the city.
