Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

My siblings and I traveled to the area for one of our sibling’s funeral. We found the house to be exactly what we needed. We didn’t do much cooking , only breakfast. We had what we needed to prepare our meals. Since everything we needed was there, I didn’t need to contact Eric about anything. Which was nice. I did find the entry code quit clever, very easy to remember. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The house felt just like home the house was beautiful inside and out the pool was the perfect size for the kids and the hot tub was perfect for a little night of relaxation!!!! The river was about 11 mins from the house so that was a plus the Walmart was about 8/7 mins from the house as well I will definitely rebooking in the future especially since it was so last minute and they accepted it fast thank you Ryan for having us over at your vacay home it was beautifully up kept!! They also have plenty of family games for family game night they also provide extra pillows and baby bouncer if needed ! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house !!

This Airbnb was so great!! I stood here since it’s close to laughlin lake and it was right down the street! Not only was the place nice, neat, but also the pool really made us all enjoy our time. Gave us such a nice experience. Ryan sent many local recommendations which was so nice ! Was also very responsive. Will for sure love to stay here again!

Home is Lovely and owners are more! My family and I Loved the stay we enjoyed it so much like our own home. Cris is very responsive and is very nice. SUPER clean!!! Spotless! I tried my best to leave it as we checked In. My sons 5th bday was very memorable and He was very greatful for the home, he keep on telling me mommy I love You thank you for bringing me here!!! lol BTW is Super close to EVERYTHING!!!! A great introduction to living in Arizona! It fulfilled my requirements of no carpeting and even my preference for a gas stove! it's a great location in that it's close enough to Uber to the gym and grocery stores while being close to my job in Ft Mohave! Plenty of natural light kept the place cheerful and the Ring camera security feature made me feel safer.
