28 ft deep 2 car garage, 8 ft garage door. Per HOA no Boats/Trailers parked overnight on street or driveway- MUST be able to fit inside garage. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. House is located off the parkway, close to the casinos in Laughlin, boating on the Colorado River, ATV'n at nearby trails or enjoy the community pool (unheated) or hot tub with views located 1 block away! Roomy, comfortable, renovated house, super clean, new beds and linens. Location is perfect, river, beach, boat ramp and Rotary park is across the street. Extra large garage for river toys. Boat may fit in garage depending on size. All amenities includes washer dryer, internet and Roku TV. Stocked with coffee, cooking oil, waters, salt and pepper, laundry soap, softner bath soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. Secure home. Back yard and front security cameras.
