Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

28 ft deep 2 car garage, 8 ft garage door. Per HOA no Boats/Trailers parked overnight on street or driveway- MUST be able to fit inside garage. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. House is located off the parkway, close to the casinos in Laughlin, boating on the Colorado River, ATV'n at nearby trails or enjoy the community pool (unheated) or hot tub with views located 1 block away!
