Charming little house for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking south-facing view, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the traveling couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speak English ;-) Warning: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me depending on the weather to find out if it can be opened from May 15 :-)

Welcome to the Villa des Palmiers🌴, close to all amenities, 5 km from Agen, this 130 m² villa in a residential area not overlooked, next to the sports complex, offers you comfort and tranquility. 4 bedrooms with TV, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, outdoor kitchen, plancha, petanque court. 8x4 saltwater pool heated to 26°C from June to the end of September. ❗️May and October optional, please consult us. ⚠️ November to end of April the pool will not be heated.

This 2-room apartment has been furnished to offer you a great stay in Montauban. The residence is secure, quiet, with a very pleasant environment. On the 1st and last floor, the 42 m2 apartment is very functional: the cozy living room with equipped open kitchen, plenty of built-in storage, bedroom with closet and TV, bathroom with washing machine and heated towel rail, separate toilet. The covered balcony has a nice view. Parking is private. The pool is shared.

Welcome to the "Lafargue" cottage for a cozy and peaceful stay! In this charming stone house, quiet and surrounded by nature, enjoy a warm atmosphere. The gîte offers a comfortable living room with a beautiful bay window that illuminates the room. An equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms (160 and 140 cm beds) and a mezzanine with double bed. For your convenience, a laundry area is also available. A perfect peaceful haven to unwind in our beautiful countryside.

Charming cottage with private pool & closed garden

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

Located halfway between Montauban, Moissac and Castelsarrasin, on the banks of the Tarn, this 38 m2 annex is completely independent of the house. Recently refurbished, it offers pleasant comfort for a family of 4. Available: swimming pool, trampoline, portico and plancha. Breakfast available (€5 per person and served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) Charging station rate (11kW-Type 2): €0.30 per kWh. Booking must be made 24 hours before guests arrive.

Bathroom: walk-in shower, towels included. Bedroom: Large 160 by 200 bed + storage.

Adjacent to our house, the "nice" loft (40 m²) welcomes you to a farm that has become a cool and friendly place to live. Wooden loft ideal for nature lovers (animals, pond, woods). Sheets and towels provided despite the message when you book bug! Toilet and bathroom separated by a partition but everything else is designed as a loft with curtains between the 2 sleeping areas and the kitchen area! This loft is exclusively reserved for you...!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends, including 3 master suites with new bedding (sheets and towels provided, except baby bed), a large 70 m2 living room with large bay windows, pool table and fitted kitchen (crockery and kitchen utensils provided), a 36 m2 covered terrace, a separate suspended toilet, wood stove, air conditioning in all rooms, jacuzzi, on a plot of about 2000 m2, quiet house.

A typical pied-de-mule dovecote of our region, in a park with century-old trees and enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside. A great place to relax by the pool or visit our small villages and their markets where you can meet our passionate producers. Arranged on 3 levels: Kitchen on the ground floor Bathroom/toilet and small living room on the 1st floor Bedroom on the 2nd floor We live nearby and our pool is at your disposal.

Located in the heart of the charming village of Cazes Mondenard and its shops: bakery, bank, restaurant, bookstore, tobacco, grocery store...
