KisKas - eco riparian foresthouse

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. The apartment is located 400 meters from Tettye on the edge of the forest, the last house on the street, exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Every room has a beautiful view of the city. A total of 135 square meters + two terraces. Two large bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

Freshly, stylishly renovated apartment halfway between the historic city center and the universities (BTK, ÁOK), 10 minutes walking distance from both parts of the city. The atmosphere of the apartment is unique, we tried to fit every little detail into it. Well-equipped, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer for the comfort of our guests.
