There is also a large garden where children can escape and play badbinton , soccer,accomplish. The shepherd's hut is very cozy and welcoming. when you're there, you'll get into the beautiful stilts of birds You'll see the whole of Pezinok from here. You're having some fresh air. And when you tear off your beauty and taste it, make it feel like you're is  ORGANIC 😉 and nearby are outbreaks,stone,Pezinská baba,Pezinský castle with castle park,dam ,calvary

My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Here, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and if you're looking for entertainment, culture or food, you can walk to the city centre in 15 minutes. The caravan has water and electricity, and outside there is a solar shower and a separate latrine. However, during frosts, the water is turned off; you have access to a large water tank with a tap for drinking water, a radiator and a wood-burning stove.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

LAbutka Adventure houseboat

Living on the second longest river in Europe brings a lot of experiences and unforgettable views of the spectrum of animals. Each season has its own specifics and the houseboat is habitable all year round. Floor heating and a romantic stove guarantee warmth in winter. Life directly on the water brings many possibilities, especially those associated with water. You can rent a paddle board, water bike, canoe, electric boat, or motor boat, or ride a speedboat to the center of Bratislava, or to Devín Castle.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Biela Chata

Biela Chata is a unique accommodation in the forest above the historic town of Modra. Suitable for 5 people-adults only. You will find a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace ,first floor with two bedrooms, a garage with storinge for sports equipment. Finnish sauna with space for 4 people for upcharge. Outside there is a spacious terrace facing the garden with a fireplace and seating.The cottage has its own parking spaces . WIFI connection.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
