At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. Functionality and design have been mixed with the antiquity of the architectural structure.

In the heart of the oldest area of Ortigia, this lovely penthouse will be your key to the secrets of the island, its sea and history or relax on the terrace enjoying the sightseeing and the sea breeze. The flat is situated at the third floor of a typical baroque building, it is a few minutes walking to the principal historical and architettural attractions (Duomo, Fonte Aretusa, P. Archimede, Caravaggio's peinture) and to the Mercato full of typical food.

The room is a few meters from the Cathedral of Noto, Palazzo Ducezio and the fantastic Palazzo Nicolaci. It is about 8 km from the sea, 10 km from the Vendicari Oasis and 30 km from the city of Syracuse. Easily accessible from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (about 50 minutes by road).
