I recently stayed at this lovely apartment near Stone Town, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect—close enough to explore the historic Stone Town but situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. It had everything I needed for a enjoyable trip. The host was absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zanzibar. The combination of a great location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and an exceptional host made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

The location is convenient, being close to the road, though this does come with some road noise. However, everything else about the stay was excellent. The place is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, from a fully functional kitchen to comfortable sitting rooms and bedrooms. Buda, is incredibly welcoming, cooperative, and communicative, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would choose this place again on my next visit to Zanzibar.

Munir was a great host. Great apartment and super clean. Host was extremely responsive and gave us suggestions on what we could get up to during our time. Short 5/10 walk into central Stonetown. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay at Mundhir’s place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Mundhir’s communication was prompt and friendly throughout. The location was perfect and central making it easy to explore the Zanzibar. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Reem war seh zuvorkommend, hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und in die Unterkunft gefahren…wir waren nur eine zwischen Nacht in ihrem AirBnb, deshalb war es sehr praktisch, dass die Unterkunft so nah am Flughafen ist. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation sehr gut und Reem hat sofort auf Nachrichten geantwortet und bei Problemen sehr zeitnah reagiert. Sie hat uns auch eine schöne Empfehlung für ein Restaurant in StoneTown gegeben. Das einzige Mängel ist, dass die Küche mit ihrer Einrichtung etwas ausbaufähig ist (keine Messer, kein Schneidebrett, usw.) Im Großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt und ich würde Reem und ihre Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Mussa was very kind and flexible. We had a health emergency, which made our plans changed. Mussa was very accommodating of the different needs we had through out all the time we stayed in the airbnb. We had really good communication with Mussa. The apartment looks like the photographs, is spacious, clean and quiet. Quite comfortable for a couple of days in Stonetown. We weren’t able to explore much the neighborhood. The beach is close, but not super close. Downtown is close, but not super close. Probably easier to move by car/taxi if you consider staying here.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in the center of Stone Town and close to the airport. The hostess promptly resolved the problems with electricity. We recommend it for a short stay.

Hamadi was a great host, the place was incredible and it was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted to in Stone Town from it. Highly recommended!!!

Ishaq’s Luhasa Apartment was a very nice place to stay. Two large bedrooms and a dining area, plus a good size kitchen. It’s in a great location right in Stonetown. Ishaq is a very nice host and always responded very quickly if we contacted him, plus he reached out to us to see how we were doing. One drawback was some neighbors seem to have a dinner party or something every night from about midnight to 3 AM which was quite loud. Hopefully they can be asked to quiet down. Otherwise, the stay was great. Accommodations, location, price, and host, all excellent!

I booked Wayne's place for my family’s trip to Zanzibar, and it exceeded all our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive, helping us organize a pick-up from the port and regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The house itself was immaculate, situated in a well-secured, quiet complex, and ideal for families. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again."

very hard to find. the best is if you put feza school in to google maps. the apartment is around the corner. otherwise the apartment is very nice and clean. we also loved the pool. hope to come back one day

The best place i would recommend.. Its the peaceful heaven i would have say... Mr.Boris... my man... he is always there for you... Olga is super friendly couldn't see her directly... but she helped me a lot though immediate response over the chat. The place is the best for the price and consist of 2 pools.

Beautiful place, I enjoyed staying here during my vacation with family. My boys enjoyed the ocean breeze from their bedroom window, the swimming pool and the quick access to the beach. Lars was always a text away to jump in when we needed instructions. Thank you! We will recommend to friends.
