Our wooden log cabin is located in a picturesque corner of Transcarpathia, near the foot of the forest, on the border of the resorts of Izka and Pylypets. We designed the cottage to be cozy, bright and stylish - and that's how it turned out. Some of the furniture is handmade to order. Near the house there is a pond where you can fish for Carpathian trout. Just 6 kilometers from us is the Shypit waterfall and the Pylypets ski resort, 3 kilometers away is the Izky resort. We invite you to a perfect holiday in the Carpathians!

A two-story wooden house for 4-6 people, surrounded by a spruce forest. It is located in the village of Verkhniy Studeny, Mizhhirya district. Located at an altitude of 950 m above sea level in a beautiful forest area. There is a sauna, gazebo, swing, and barbecue on the territory. The estate has a direct access to the ski lift. In winter, it is an ideal place for active skiers and snowboarders (a T-bar lift is 200 meters from the house). At other times of the year, you can pick berries, mushrooms, and go for walks.

An unforgettable place where you will enjoy the connection with nature. No neighbors nearby, and our own transfer will take you to the house, as only specialized cars can get there. Studio living room: the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is a dining table for 4 people, a TV, and a sofa bed that converts into a queen-size bed. On-site, there is a hot tub, a barbecue grill, and a gazebo. The apartment is suitable for a couple, a family, or a small group.
