Renovated in August 2025, this is a private rental accommodation that combines Japanese elegance with modern comfort. The spacious 144 m² area includes an open-plan living and dining room, a Western-style room with a double bed, and a Japanese-style room with two beds and the scent of tatami mats, where you can relax with family or friends. The bathroom offers a luxurious moment of soaking in the bath while overlooking the tsubo garden. There is also a separate shower cubicle from the bathroom, and there are two toilets. It is also comfortable for a stay with two families. The wallpaper is made of Tosa washi paper containing binchotan charcoal, and the delicate sliding doors create a Japanese-style space with soft light and shadows. The artist Wataru Hatano's calligraphy "Kawa" is hung on the wall between the tatami mats, making it a luxurious accommodation with a Japanese feel. You can relax your mind and body in the sauna, chat around the fireplace in winter, and have a lively time with karaoke. There is also a private car park, providing both convenience and comfort. In addition, we provide a matcha set from the Ichibo Tea House, which boasts a 300-year history in Kyoto, as a special treat that allows you to experience Japanese culture. It is a 6-minute walk from Tojima Station and 6 minutes to Osaka Station, so it has good access and is ideal as a base for sightseeing.

This is a recommended accommodation for those who want to enjoy a local walk around the city that is typical of Osaka. It is in a great location, a 2-minute walk from Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome Station and a 3-minute walk to Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, the longest shopping street in Japan. There are popular local bars, yakiniku restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and drugstores nearby, so you can easily enjoy the daily life of Osaka that you can't experience just by sightseeing. The Umeda area is about a 15-minute walk away. Access is also good, with Shinsaibashi and Namba about 10 minutes away by train. It is also conveniently located for getting to USJ and Kansai International Airport. The room is a 26 m² studio. It has one double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and one sofa bed (125 cm x 200 cm), and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
