In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Located in Hanover's Ahlem district, which is particularly impressive due to its proximity to nature and Hanover city center. Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
