Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mitte

Een heerlijke, schone plek waar het goed vertoeven was. Myriam en Mathis waren vriendelijk en het contact was makkelijk. Hun dochter verwelkomde ons en was ook erg aardig. Het zwembad en de sauna zijn een enorme plus. De kinderen hebben hier ook erg van genoten. Het openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Het is nog best een tocht naar de binnenstad van Berlijn, maar dat vonden we geen probleem. Echt een aanrader deze plek!

Max and his roommate, Nicolaos, are kind and generous. We could enjoy Berlin in Max's home. The best thing was the kitchen. The restaurant's food was expensive, but we could make our meals in the kitchen with German ingredients from the nearby supermarket. The location was very convenient for tourist spots. It was our best choice! If we visit Berlin, we would love to stay again :)

Mein Mann und ich haben ein verlängeres Wochenende in Berlin verbracht und die unterkuft von Mario war genau richtig dafür. Es war sehr schön in einer ruhigen Wohngegend im Garten gelegen. Wir empfehlen Marios Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen :)

Wir waren für zwei nächste sehr zufrieden. Die Anweisungen zum Check-in und -out waren super. Eine Dusche für so viele Leute war an sich ausreichend, wenn man sich arrangiert (eine mehr hätten wir auch genommen 🤗).

I loved staying at Melina and Kai’s place. I was only in Berlin for one night so I was looking for a place at a great location and I was very lucky to find their place in Friedrichshain. The check-in process was very smooth and Melina was very helpful and answered every question I had. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying there. Their place is beautiful (also they have a sauna!) and everything is brand new. I would definitely recommend staying with them, great hosts, great place and definitely a great value.

Beautiful space as advertised. Sauna was an interesting addition!! Will stay again.... You will be sharing the Airbnb with 2-3 current residents and 2-3 other Airbnb guests, so know that you should be mindful of others and maybe there is not enough privacy for some.

Departamento súper lindo / agradable . Hemos disfrutado lindos desayunos en la cocina comedor. Muy linda la decoración . Buenas sábanas y toallas. Tal cual la descripción. Ubicación inmejorable. Una linda vista de la ciudad . Transporte público a minutos del departamento. Lastimosamente el Ascensor se descompuso y no se arreglo pero eso no afectó nuestra estadía en el dpto. Volvería a alquilarlo. Winnie fue muy responsable y atento en todo momento. Muchas gracias Magdalena Graham

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war stets sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Auf unsere Fragen wurde zeitnah reagiert. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum und absolut empfehlenswert. Gleiches gilt für den liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Die Wohngegend ist sehr schön und ruhig. Von diesem Standort aus kann man Berlin und andere Orte verkehrsgünstig erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sandra was an extremely kind and helpful host! The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was amazing - super close to many museums, major sights, good restaurants, the train station, and so so much more! We loved our stay in Berlin, and are very grateful to our host. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit :)

L’appartement d’Annette est idéalement situé, il est beau et très propre, baigné de lumière grâce aux grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur Berlin à 360 degrés . Annette a été très disponible et sympa, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr charmanten Quartier mit vielen tollen kleinen Lokalen und an einen netten Park. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung extrem ruhig im obersten Geschoss, Treppenlaufen ist angesagt, aber es lohnt sich sehr!! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war super!! Danke

Allen war super nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, man hat Genügend Platz für alles und das Bett war sehr bequem. Zudem war die Aussicht Abends traumhaft. Die Lage ist Perfekt, man braucht nie lange auf eine Bahn zu warten und ist schnell im Zentrum von Berlin. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!😊

We where staying two families in Patric Villa, all of us we spend a really nice time, everything it was perfect, really clean, nice design, great open space, kids enjoy a lot the garden. We spend good time with our friends! Bbq it is new, easy to use and really clean. We do not had any negative experiences! Thank you so much to Patrick to let us know enjoy this time in Berlin.

Cozy house with a wooden sauna, in a quiet area. We were there in winter and would recommend it. Dimitri was a very friendly host.

Our family was very comfortable. Had everything we needed other than more time. Highly recommend!

Vi reiste som familie på seks og følte oss som hjemme. Huset er smakfullt innredet og har alt man kan ønske seg. Både ungdommene og vi foreldre hadde god plass til å slappe av etter å ha kjørt trikk og tog, og gått Berlin gatelangs hele dagen lang. Nabolaget er nydelig og i gangavstand ligger det flere flotte butikker. Lothar er en super vert og veldig lett å kommunisere med. Et nydelig sted å reise til!

Wir waren zu 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind bei Ingo zu Besuch. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, die Lage war etwas außerhalb und man musste ca 20 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station laufen aber das hat Ingo uns bereits im Vorfeld mitgeteilt und wir wussten worauf wir uns einlassen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und können diese mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

This place is surrounded by the full of nature. I loved the cleanness of everything and Lars especially helped me to use extra clean bathroom. You should visit here when you travel to berlin. Totally recommendable

Sabrina's house is lovely and comfortable, perfect for a family trip away. The area is peaceful and pretty, with accessible public transport into the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there!
