Holiday houses in Mitsamiouli

I had a wonderful time at Sylvianes place. Thank you so much for the great Christmas barbecue party and other help. It's a great place to escape the noise of the town and yet still be close for shopping. If you love watersports this is the place as she has two paddle boats. Sylviane enjoys great conversations and the arts.

We had a great stay: the house is nice, clean and accessible. Ideal place to experience the local culture and landscapes of northern Grande Comore.

The place is in an absolutely beautiful location. The surrounding people were helpful and kind and it was beautiful to watch people just living life and dropping by. Our house helper Sayeed was amazing. He didn’t speak a lot of English, but he was extremely helpful. He brought us meals across the beach and up the rocks and we got to meet his daughter. We were even able to arrange a boat trip up the coast through him. We did have a little rodent issue, but me and my friend are travelers and weren’t turned off by the very bare bones surrounding. We enjoyed the beauty of where we were and the people who made it so amazing. The food was delicious, and luckily, we ran into someone at the airport who knew Emad and was able to get us a taxi to the bus station and a bus to Bouni Beach. It was a very long ride, but it was worth it. This is a beautiful place for travelers. I wouldn’t suggest it to someone who is not OK being a bit uncomfortable. I would come back again.

Sylvaine‘s place is in one of the most beautiful and magical places in Grande Comore - Trou de Prophete. Amazing lonely beaches, calm and warm waters of Indian ocean, the Morning Ritual of comorian women catching fish and octopus is like a spectacle. Sylvaine is a great host, very helpful, with an incredible sense of humor, we had a lot of fun together. The Bungalow is simple but clean and cozy with comfortable bed and good mosquito net. You are really close to nature. And if you want to try the best cuisine of comoros, you have to visit "Chez Micky". Micky is a magician in his kitchen and a local activist. The food is fresh and so delicious. We have spent an unforgettable week there. Thank you so much!

The house is very comfortable and clean. The location is just south of Mitsamiouli next to the ocean. Electricity power outages are regular from 6am to the afternoon. I would book this house again!
