Two full-size beds in the upstairs loft, including a futon. Non-smoking, pet-free. Minisplit for AC/heat, Smart TV and WiFi. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat.

My place is close to the airport and right off of interstate I-90.. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the family friendly neighborhood.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids),I live in the country so my WIFI is a MIFI JET PACK .. so it’s not perfect so if you need to work or depend on wifi it may not be a good fit unless you have unlimited WIFI . and as of 2022 i am no longer allowing pets.

This beautiful early 1900 historical apartment is great for a family get away. Hot tub open April -December 5am-11pm. Three minutes from airport. Ask us about our park and fly program. Two queen beds, a full size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress. Full kitchen, two patios, one of them being private just for you. Bikes are available for your use. Swimming pool and lake five blocks away.

The house is close to Sanford Hospital, Augustana University, University of Sioux Falls, Avera Hospital and the Midco Aquatic Center. Its also a short drive to the downtown area. You’ll love this home because of its character. It was built in 1921, but freshly remodeled nearly a century later in 2020!
